I have emailed them about five times -and the book seller separately and they do not respond. If they responded in a timely fashion I would be able to cancel an order very soon after I placed it and realized I made a mistake. This way I have no idea what’s happening. No response. They’re no good and I’ll never use them for books again.Update: the company sent an email on Monday (so they don’t respond weekends) saying if the seller hasn’t responded by Tuesday I should let them know. So far the seller of the used book has not responded.My new update: I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and Abe books then contacted me. They refunded the book money and told me to keep the book.
