Review of logitech
Logitech in the most part is great, products are usually fantastic and I was a huge fan of them which is why I sunk an uncomfortable amount of money into a nice keyboard G915 TKLThis is when the problems started with customer service. I have an issue and need a swap out but have been backwards and forwards with them over a month trying to get this sorted. They even tell me that if the retailer won't accept this return then they will help but 2 weeks ago I told them I bought it through the Logitech website and I've just been ignored. I found these Trustpilot reviews reflect a lot of my experience so thought I'd help raise the concern.Logitech - get your house in check before you ruin your brand

Review of dashlane
I changed my membership plan, but made the mistake of renewing it before the old one expired. The Team at Dashlane was able to work out the details and credit my account with the plan I purchased. Great service.Great software, highly recommend it.

Review of Facebook
Meta, or shall I say Zuckerbergs business practices are enough to never come back. But truthfully, Facebook has been the epitome of a trauma bond. We stayed because so many memories were stored there. We could have fun, stay connected with friends & family. Laugh or Cry at our memories over the years. It truly has been our lives scrapbook. But then, it slowly changed. We didn’t really even notice it at first other than the layout. And then the greed took over. We have been staying connected with ads for the last 5/6 years. Not our friends or family. But yet we are brainwashed into thinking “we can’t get rid of Facebook, how will I see what my people are up to?” All the memories of college, marriage, children, careers, cars, homes, livelihoods, etc. are all posted on this app that we have loved for years. But in reality, we haven’t been staying connected via FB the last few years. All we see are ads, groups taken over by more corporations. My local “neighborhood” page, a “moms” group, both had been functioning just fine for 8+ years. In the last year, the mods sold the group to a social media network company. Now if local companies want to post or offer services they have to PAY the network company a monthly subscription fee. Facebook is no longer for the community, for friends or family, for connecting or networking. It is for business and consumers looking to solely profit. And those of us who stayed out of naïveté are subjected to misinformation, data leaks, hacks, rude users, and just so much more. Unfortunately true, original TikTok in its state and current Singaporean ownership that we all know and love will always be far superior in every way compared to Facebook. And due to the greed that became from Facebook to the greed, ignorance and incompetence of Mark Zuckerberg— I will never be fooled again by his applications.
Review of YouTube
If I could rate 0 I would!!! The Ads at this point are a constant, click bait is super annoying but I think the worst part is the way if some people have a different view than other people their comment is being harassed. People are basically being bullied for having a differing opinion and the comment is often hidden or deleted it’s absolutely disgusting. I will no longer support a platform where it seems only one side has the freedom to have a voice. If you try to comment on how you feel or believe you are basically verbally attacked by others and it seems to be the same people all the time just scrolling the comments to find someone to pick on when their opinion doesn’t align with their narrative they start a fight with them. I am furious at the sort of negative behaviour that goes on people should not be in fear of their comments being ridiculed by other people just because they see things differently. To the people that carry on that way and YouTube you should all be ashamed of yourselves
