I ordered tickets months ago to a concert that is happening 3 days from now. For the past, 48 hours I have been reaching out to customer service through the app and through email to tell them that the app is telling me that the tickets were claimed by someone else. I want a refund; however, there is no one that will answer any of the messages I have sent. Impossible to find a phone number to contact as well. SeatGeek is conning me out of almost $500

My fancy $3595 plus tax fridge stopped cooling after 4 years. Called LG, they sent in their authorized technician to come (after 6 days in August), to say "it is not repairable" and walk away. When called to follow up, they offered a $1200 pro-rated amount based on the age of my fridge. When I asked how long they expect their product to last for, they said 10 years. So, obviously the math does not add up. Even though I had paid the $250 plus tax flat rate fee for them to fix my unit, it was deemed "not repairable". No refund on the $250 flat rate fee.No increased amount on the pro-rated amount.Don't expect your products to last, or don't expect any level of customer service.It's a shame that customers post negative reviews almost DAILY about LG. Heed the advice!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise from this company and called ahead of time to ask how much to return a rug I was looking at purchasing. The rep told me $30, I thought that is fair I will purchase and if I do not like I will return. Well, I get the rug and it is HORRIBLE. I call to set up the return and low and behold it is GET THIS $83 OMG! They said they can't tell me what it will cost to return ahead of time. I said then I would have never ordered!!! WELL THEY LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!

This website does good housekeeping and is quick to respond when contacted. Never did the premium account stuff so no comment there but I've had issues with mods that were just plain broken and they were removed after a while for poor stability and not politics. Any reviewer complaining of racism is probably racist themself. The mods are rated by people who download, a badly reviewed mod will be deleted so it's ultimately decided by gamers-as it should be.
