Logitech in the most part is great, products are usually fantastic and I was a huge fan of them which is why I sunk an uncomfortable amount of money into a nice keyboard G915 TKLThis is when the problems started with customer service. I have an issue and need a swap out but have been backwards and forwards with them over a month trying to get this sorted. They even tell me that if the retailer won't accept this return then they will help but 2 weeks ago I told them I bought it through the Logitech website and I've just been ignored.
