I ordered tickets months ago to a concert that is happening 3 days from now. For the past, 48 hours I have been reaching out to customer service through the app and through email to tell them that the app is telling me that the tickets were claimed by someone else. I want a refund; however, there is no one that will answer any of the messages I have sent. Impossible to find a phone number to contact as well. SeatGeek is conning me out of almost $500
