I've used venmo since September 2020 for rent payment and to receive money. As of December 14, 2020 transferring money has been a challenge but December 16,2020 i have not been able to transfer received funds to my bank. Contacting support via email and chat was told i would hear within 24hours with no response. Calling customer service recorded message no live phone due to COVID19 and no return message from support. I contact chat December 17, 2020 only yo be told it would be sent to account specialist and uon inquiry now i have to wait 14 days for a amswer and no access to transfer funds. This is horrible customer service.

What has happened to the Telegraph. The price continues to increase and the content decreases. Stella gone, supplements down to a couple of pages and incorporated in others. A few Sundays ago, I asked my newsagent if the middle of the paper had fallen out as it was so thin – that was the end - subscription cancelled. If you can’t get through, ring the number for NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS & you get through straight away – ask to be transferred to CANCELLATIONS.The journalism is more biased & in many cases not professional. I will miss Tom Stevenson (shares) & Charles Moore who often talk sense. I will not miss Jeremy Warner whom I have not been able to read for more than 8 years due to his London-Centric Bias & the fact he portraits misery.For the last 3 weeks, I have been reading the last of my Telegraph (vouchers) & The Times together. There seems to be a parallel world out there – time to explore a less depressing view, & save £800 pa (lucky me – that’s with a Telegraph discount for a loyal customer!)

Abysmal customer service. In attempting to buy life membership for my grandson on line, a query arose so I phoned Customer Services and was on hold for 61 minutes! In the meantime, having read some of the other reviews below I was alerted to the fact that life membership no longer includes a guest. Therefore now considering English Heritage membership instead.

Pre ordered a Lyft at 10:52 to go to my appointment at two Lyft was pre ordered for 1:30. Get a notification saying driver is 10 minutes away. Two minutes later get a request saying a new driver has been assigned and I have to wait 30 minutes. My appointment is set at that time for a reason. I won’t make to my appointment until after 2 and I still have to get my children. Lyft is definitely not reliable sometimes and your workers shouldn’t be able to cancel 10 minutes before a pick unless it’s an emergency. This is horrible. Second encounter with mess. Not happy at all.

As a small business employing 26 staff and using Amazon we got a card for purchases that we have used for about a year or so, then out of the blue we get asked about a former member of staff that has had no connection with the Preschool for 15 years, because we could not supply her details we are now on stop and under investigation, best part no one will talk to us, never again.

I have had an American Express card for many years but don't use it that often. Recently I made a mistake inputing the pin number. Understandably the account locked. The next time I used the card instead of contactless I was, expectedly, asked to put in the pin. Which I did successfully. The shopkeeper was then surprised to be asked by the automated till to ask for a verification signature, which I gave. I then received a snotty automated email telling me that 'as a courtesy' they had allowed me to make this last purchase and asking me to click on a link to 'verify my pin'. This sounded too much like a scam. So instead I went to the Amex web page, logged in and clicked to view my pin. I was asked for the memorable date but the format of the date was not specified. The attempts I made resulted in me being locked out, again, after putting in the right date but in an apparently unacceptable format. I then rang them. The call centre has an absolutely awful voice automated query system. After failing to grasp anything from it a human being eventually came on the line. They could not sort it out over the phone and just kept telling me to go back to the website. Result? An unusable Amex card.

My reservation was canceled a week before parents weekend. VRBO told me to book something that was twice as expensive because they have a book with confidence guarantee . I did everything as asked and am still waiting for a refund 9 months later. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have multiple outstanding complaints against VRBO.

I ordered a PAX wardrobe for 1400€, with delivery fees of 129€ included. The delivery was scheduled for January 8, 2024, between 4 PM and 8 PM, but it never arrived. We called customer service, who told us to opt for an "express" delivery to be delivered the next day, which cost us an additional 10€. The customer service agent said that we would be refunded and receive a commercial gesture once the order was received. The order was supposed to arrive on January 10, 2024, between 10 AM and 2 PM; it never did. We called customer service again, who told us that the agent had made a mistake and should never have offered an "express" delivery, as the telephone customer service was not authorized to do so.Therefore, we had to reschedule a "normal" delivery for January 14, 2024, between 8 AM and 10 AM. It was a Sunday! We received the order at 8 AM.I later called customer service again, who told me that they could not refund the "express" delivery as there was no record of it, only the shipping fee of 129€. No other compensation! We took 3 days of paid leave, waited a week for the order, received the order on a Sunday, and paid for express delivery.This is clearly a scam, and there should be an investigation into IKEA's customer service practices. I am going to file a complaint with 30 million consumers, the DGCCRF, leave comments on all corners of the internet, and send a registered letter through my legal insurance. I am now looking at Trustpilot and see the comments. I wonder how this is possible under the pretext that it is a multinational company. The consumer is deceived and has no recourse on the pretext that they are smaller.
