I've used venmo since September 2020…

I've used venmo since September 2020 for rent payment and to receive money. As of December 14, 2020 transferring money has been a challenge but December 16,2020 i have not been able to transfer received funds to my bank. Contacting support via email and chat was told i would hear within 24hours with no response. Calling customer service recorded message no live phone due to COVID19 and no return message from support. I contact chat December 17, 2020 only yo be told it would be sent to account specialist and uon inquiry now i have to wait 14 days for a amswer and no access to transfer funds. This is horrible customer service.
