I recently encountered an issue with my Philips air fryer, which stopped working despite still being under warranty. I called customer service and was instructed to send the unit to the nearest repair shop, which I did on February 21st. A week later, I received a message stating that a part had been ordered. Since then, I've received no further communication. I called the repair shop a week later, and they informed me that Philips had sent the incorrect part and the air fryer is still not working. They advised me to contact Philips customer service. When I called customer service, they said they would follow up with the repair shop and promised to call or email me back. Another week went by with no response, so I called again. The customer service representative said they had sent a follow-up email but received no reply from the repair shop. There is a complete lack of urgency, responsibility, and communication as they continue to pass the issue between customer service and the repair shop. I demanded a solution within the day, but so far, there has been no response. It seems they will just wait for the repair shop to read the email, which could take forever. Their job appears to be done once the email is sent, and if there's no response, it's not their responsibility. It's a shame that a big brand like Philips has such poor customer service and makes customers run around in circles. I will never deal with Philips again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

These people are completely useless. They have zero will power, desire or effect whatsoever in holding companies to account. They’re a complete waste of tax payers money. Give the consistent feedback of ONE star reviews, parliament should seriously reconsider what this organisation has been set up to achieve.

If I could select a negative review I would. This browser is horrible and it consistently refuses to play videos fr me. Sometimes videos are pulled from the internet, but I have been able to play them by other means. I do not know how to contact this company to cancel future subscriptions. Do I have to change my debit card?

Refund refused! After two months of struggling, sending back fraudulent labeled batteries where they have a sticker of 200ah instead of the real power 10-14 ah ( weight only 2,7 kg instead of 40-50kg) .Sending proof you can also find everywhere on the internet, Wikipedia they did not accept my complaint that this was fraudulent sale and decided within a few minutes after sending the proof ...so without further looking into the case that they would not refund , this they named solution one: NO REFUND..... I DID NOT FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION! If you want to loose money this is the site you have to buy ! Absolutely no customer protection! They seller has all the power and AliExpress supports fraudulent sales that's clear . I am very disappointed and cannot do anything else then tell you people who are reading be aware do not buy at this company , there are others perhaps more expensive but with a good reputation and honest which cannot be said about AliExpress.

I would've gave a zero. I couldn't take the cruise after I checked in online. They wouldn't give even a half credit for the two that was paid,they gave me the port taxes. All the money I paid they could've at least gave a credit or half refund;which they sent to the wrong card causing more disappointment.
