NLE Choppa event cancelled, so where is my refund? No one has contacted me about a refund? This company will be receiving a letter from my lawyer. Someone "I" will finally stop these people from scamming others.

Booked tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent

Booked tickets for an event that did not exists! Myself and friends were disappointed when we showed up at the venue to find that the event did not and never had existed.They did refund my payment within 2 days, but customer service poor - no contact number to support this type of enquiry and no advice from their support team via email. I found out from the venue themselves that someone had been fraudulently posing as them and posting fake events. This does not say much for their security! I would never use this site again.

Their 'improved' online platform is far worse than the old

I was forced to move from desktop to online and the program is far worse, I can't do half of the things I used to be able to do and when I have questioned it they just say it's not a feature they offer now. I had nothing but trouble switching over, lots of errors. I have sudden errors now for no reason and the customer service on chat is appalling, they really don't understand what you are asking them. I spent an hour last month on the phone with support because a report option had suddenly vanished and she had no idea why it had, Intuit just decided to remove it over night for no reason. To top it off they raised my subscription in July and have raised it again 6 months later knowing that there is little I can do about it without a major headache going elsewhere and starting from scratch. I used to recommend Quickbooks to everyone but now I absolutely hate it and when I get enough time I will be switching to another provider.

Criminals listen to the reviews. They keep taking money despite assuring me it was cancelled. I contacted my bank gave them all the proof and Mcafee denied it so again I sent proof. They then tried to take more money from my bank. Luckily my bank stopped them. Cons avoid

Appalling abuse of the charity’s contribution

Along with many other I’m sure I am appalled at what has now become an abuse of funds given to what is after all a charity. It would appear this now serves as a platform for a left wing woke agenda that tries to justify itself my saying it’s giving an honest view of history. This of course is utter nonsense this charity was set up to preserve our historic building, capture the wonderful architecture and give us an insight to the lives of the houses and their surrounding. These properties were donated in good faith and members up until recently enjoyed wonderful days out enjoying the work that had been achieved by the National Trust.Unfortunately we now have a management team who have betrayed that trust and are only interested in pursuing their own political agenda and are making redundant anyone who is not completely on board with their woke agenda. This is a gross misuse of funds. Along side that the research (and I use that term loosely in this case in) into the history of the houses and gardens is superficial at best and often biased to suit the new Woke approach. I urge the organisation to stop playing politics and get back to the job you are paid to do. You need to remember that you are trusted guardians of of these houses and lands not owners to do with them as you please. I will be cancelling my membership with heavy heart.

Worst laptop i have ever used

Honestly i don't really know how is this company allowed to sell their stuff.. i bought a laptop for 360 Euro and from day 1 it was already very slow. CPU to 70% even if i was doing nothing, memory to 50% and sometimes i wasn't even able to type well because of the delay lol... extremely slow laptop. it was faulty 100%. For comparsion I had 2 Lenovos, they lasted for about 2 or 3 years, but they were cheaper and faster than this junk. So yeah, how is it even legal to sell this junk pc? worst laptop i have ever used, even 90s computers arent this bad.

Not worth the money, 2010 tactics, not effective, but very nice people

I had a really poor experience with Neil Patel and his company. They are all pleasant to work with and nice to interact with. But, the results do not justify the cost. They use tactics from 2010 that are not effective for 2019-2020. I worked with them in 2019 and their efforts ended up hurting us. The cost was very high and their proposal to fix it was to have us sign a contract extension for several years.They buy links from vendors that are poor quality and do not build them like other vendors. Their entire strategy was to keep building strong content like blog posts and articles. What is interesting is that Neil Patel digital does not actually post their own blog posts. They also do not write content on their site like they recommend their clients to do.Working with them was not fruitful and I strongly discourage others from working with them either. But, they were all really nice. Pleasant people.

Poorly vetted campaigns - money lost.

Poorly vetted campaigns - many pledges not honoured due to scammers/thieves claiming to be developing the product in China. My pledge was for the infamous GigaDrive - The world's fastest external SSD.So f***ing fast we couldn't catch it.I was fortunate and only lost around £150. If that's the price to trash Indiegogo and save others from being scammed then so be it.

You can’t even call customer service with complaints they’ll take it personal and leave you on hold for hours. After that wait they’ll agree with you about your complaint with no solution. I swear their customer service sucks and it’s sad how they don’t have the patience they expect us to have.

Paid £6.50 for the top wash at bp car…

Paid £6.50 for the top wash at bp car wash hall road Norwich. Absolutely rubbish! Left mud all down one side . The wheels were dreadful and hardly looked cleaned at all. Went back to complain later that day as only looked at car when I got out at home . The guy behind the counter didnt want to know and told me I should have looked at my car immediately after I went through the car wash! Whoever goes through a car wash then when its finished thinks " oh I'd better just check whether it's my car is cleaned ok!" Ridiculous! Poor staff awful customer service. I told him he should look at his reviews online about the car wash, and incredibly he said " they are not that bad!!! " his attitude was dreadful.

Can't connect with wordpress unless you pay a fortune

We have been using active campaign for years. What they are doing now with the link to wordpress is outraging. You can't link AC with your website unless you pay a fortune.They say you can connect with wordpress but that's only if you want to intergrate AC forms into WP. The most important thing you want is that when people buy something from you, they are automatically registered in AC so you can contact them later. It is the basics of every e-mail marketing.That simple action is now blocked in every way unless you pay an extremely high price to either AC or to Zapier . For every small or medium business this isn't affordable. So now we have to switch to another e-mail marketing tool and re-program everything. I am so pissed!If you want to start as a new entrepreneur, don't do it! You will be sorry.

I'm very disappointed with the customer…

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. We've created ticket with Major level at March 15. Today is April 25 and there is no reaction in the ticket, even after several reminders from my end.Overall, it's not ideal, it's slow, but it's mostly working. At least for main use cases.But if you want to use some functionality that is not used by 99% other people be aware that you can completely stuck with it. And you get no help from active campaign stuff.We're using this product by recommendation, but it seems that after such experience we will not reccomend the product to anybody. As you cannot completely rely on them, in case of urgency as in my case, that can result in losses in your business.

I had a quick response to my request for double billing charges. The staff responded promptly by email and by the end of the day. Everything was corrected. I'm very pleased with the software product and we'll continue to use is app. Indefinitely. Nice experience with customer service also
