I'm very disappointed with the customer service. We've created ticket with Major level at March 15. Today is April 25 and there is no reaction in the ticket, even after several reminders from my end.Overall, it's not ideal, it's slow, but it's mostly working. At least for main use cases.But if you want to use some functionality that is not used by 99% other people be aware that you can completely stuck with it. And you get no help from active campaign stuff.We're using this product by recommendation, but it seems that after such experience we will not reccomend the product to anybody. As you cannot completely rely on them, in case of urgency as in my case, that can result in losses in your business.
