Nice interface, handy to use, sometimes connectivity issues but could be me. Overall the paid plans a bit pricey. The free/daily features are still fun and exciting I’m to bad to notice cheating and haven’t encountered loads and loads of losses on my games either so no experiences here. Overall still my go to platform for chess.

This text is regarding the scam happening in Flipkart while online shopping. I recently purchased split AC from Flipkart and while purchasing the specification of the product was mentioned different (AC with copper condenser) but I received different product (AC with Aluminium Condenser ). Later when I came to know about this issue I contacted Flipkart team. Instead of solving the issue they changed the product specifications to Aluminum just to make their customer fool.2 days ago I got a call from flipkart team offering me 1000 rs Flipkart for their mistake which I refused to take it as I wanted my product to be replaced. Apathetic Customer Service, Zero Accountability

Order "out for delivery" since 20th Jun, 2023 - followed up relentlessly for 7 days, and finally delivered on 28th Jun. Meanwhile, not a single avenue through which any meaningful update was given. Twitter CS is all about bots telling me not to worry and how much they appreciate my patience (they have 7-8 variations of the same content). On phone, the CS executives just keep saying that the issue has been escalated and is being looked into - but apparently things work slower than government banks here! Also, their greviance office email address is a joke - you can mail them but they will never respond. It is only there to comply with some standards I guess.Overall, it is very risky to do business with Flipkart - they have zero accountability and no customer service at all.

They started working with HFD an Israeli delivery company that doesn’t respond, doesn’t provide accurate tracking information and can’t be contacted by anyway, they claim to deliver my package but i haven’t received anything and have no way to request a refund cause they claim that i tracked the package.

Avoid at all costs

I got scammed like all the others. I booked a hotel through agoda, found out the pet fee for this hotel was 3x what the room itself cost. I called hotel to cancel, but since I’d booked through agoda, they said I needed to contact them to cancel. Agoda kept me on hold over and over, kept saying they needed ‘partner approval’ which was absolute BS. IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!! BOOK ELSEWHERE!

Horrible associate, but Donna saved the day!

I called in because the 2 step verification to login was on & my husband no longer had the phone number to receive the code. Easy enough, right? WRONG! The 1st customer service lady was very unhelpful & kept telling me there should be an email with the serial number that the device was set up with. After over an hour and a half, giving all information except for that & being unable to find the email that contained the serial number needed, she said she was getting another call & needed to go. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was DISCONNECTED. Me being less than a happy camper at this point was an understatement. I called back in & spoke with an associate named Donna who was very helpful & informed me that the serial number we needed was on the playstation. Ten minutes later, after she walked me through the necessary processes, we were back to being able to use our playstation & updated the phone number on file. Thank you, Donna!! This wonderful associate deserves a raise & the 1st associate should find another job outside of customer service.

Excessively Strict ModerationMSN.com’s approach to comment censorship, which includes arbitrarily blocking common English words and preventing relevant conversations, appears to contradict its own community standards, particularly since those standards emphasize open discourse and respectful engagement. While moderation is crucial for maintaining a civil environment, the excessive and at times irrational restrictions are suppressing legitimate discussions and discouraging user participation. Worse yet, the censorship is routinely applied inconsistently and often without any clear justification, nor a means to appeal these decisions, effectively undermining the integrity of the platform and eroding trust among its users. MSN should operate with transparency and reasonable moderation practices to ensure the platform fosters a balanced and diverse exchange of ideas rather than haphazardly silencing constructive dialogue. Addressing this issue would not only strengthen community engagement but also align the platform’s actions with its stated principles. I've been a regular on MSN and other forums for years but MSN is by far the most strictly moderated of any site and it's to the point of the site becoming nonfunctional as a discussion forum. I hope they fix it. But for now, I give 1 star.

great program,terrible support

great program,terrible support. Discord's an amazing tool to help network with others. There's no doubt they have the leading communication application right now. Though their support is just embarrassing. A multi-billion dollar company shouldn't be taking this long to respond to people. Recently, the BetterAntispam application needed whitelisting, and it took them two months to receive a human response from Discord, imagine how long it would take if you're application is not as large as BetterAntispam. Massive improvements in support needed. Maybe look at AI like how GitHub uses hubot to handle DMCA requests, that would help lessen the amount of inquiries humans must review. Hope something is figured out, I want Discord to stay on top though their customer service is killing them.
