great program,terrible support. Discord's an amazing tool to help network with others. There's no doubt they have the leading communication application right now. Though their support is just embarrassing. A multi-billion dollar company shouldn't be taking this long to respond to people. Recently, the BetterAntispam application needed whitelisting, and it took them two months to receive a human response from Discord, imagine how long it would take if you're application is not as large as BetterAntispam. Massive improvements in support needed. Maybe look at AI like how GitHub uses hubot to handle DMCA requests, that would help lessen the amount of inquiries humans must review. Hope something is figured out, I want Discord to stay on top though their customer service is killing them.
