Never again - worst support from a Western company

I have tried to buy a laptop from Lenovo.com on December 27th, 2021. Paid money using bank transfer and the order was cancelled immediately. I have wasted over 400 minutes on phone support (useless) and wrote tens of emails (getting bot/template responses only). Today it is 2022-05-19, money is not refunded yet. If you can buy elsewhere - buy there.

Terrible spammers - they have unsubscribe links but they just seem to use them to harvest valid email addresses. Been getting Amtrak spam despite multiple unsubscribes.

So bad

So bad. If I could rate with negative stars I would. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Unacceptable lengthy waits for service. Two hour wait to return a product that I was given bad advice on. Plus they supplied a mobile phone to my elderly father as a priority assist "patch" job for a broken landline despite being told repeatedly that where he lived had no mobile coverage. They are beyond useless.

Worst information website ever

Wikipedia is the worst information website that I have ever seen in my life. Full of biased and false information everywhere. Only allow small group of admins to control this website’s content. They will do anything to threaten/bully you and ask you to pay for create and update pages. They can also block and ban you whenever they want. No independent/neutral point of views, no freedom of speech and absolutely far from “free” encyclopedia and “real” news. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!
