Review of urbanoutfitters
This is absolute worst company to order from online! My order was placed in May and they cancelled majority of my items in July and still have not given me my money back for the items that were cancelled. I have called several times and they keep stating a financial advisor will be contacting me. They state that they only pre-auth your card and ONLY take out funds from your account once an item ships but this is not true as I my bank statement proves otherwise. Horrible customer service. Your products are amazing but the way you handle business is very disappointing! You need to hire a better team who can handle these disputes on the spot. So customers don't have to wait weeks for a response.

Review of hackernoon
I recently started writing tech articles and came across HackerNoon. Suddenly I got an email like this"Your account has now been added to Hacker Noon blacklist, and you will no longer be able to submit stories on HackerNoon. If you didn't plagiarize and this is a simple misunderstanding, please let us know and we can remove your account from our blacklist. To avoid getting permanently banned:You must reply to this email within 48 hours with your claims. "I replied to him within an hour but still they don't remove my account from blacklist. Also, I don't promote any website in my articles, then why you should do that kind of activities. Is this total waste of time? I lost my time and efforts.

I just bought a photo from the website. The photo could be downloaded in HR, 28.8Mb. The photo cost me 15.72 euros. The download contains a photo of only 1,871 Kb. Much smaller than promised and too small for what I want to do with it. The other lower resolutions that can be downloaded are also much smaller than stated on the website. Worthless!
Review of 99designs
I win a contest and someone found that's similar to other's company, I already check my designs before on google image and not found any similar, but when my designs wins others designer report my designs and I can't take back because is already win, the staff first ask me to make adjustment but after I create the designs options suddenly they banned me forever, loose my money, and my others final contest and change to win for another contest which is selecting winner and my designs is finalist there, and after few day I banned I found others designs stolen win at another contest, not just one but two contest from different designerand what can I do is nothing.curious what they will say about thisand why all my previous designs is also deleted even the designs is in final stage, maybe you can banned me but keep my final designs on the stage that's my work .
Review of wayfair
I purchased a night stand from them and it arrived with a huge visible crack to the side of it. I contacted customer service and they never responded to me. Worse yet, I posted a review with photos and they published it but about a year later I see they removed my review. I had purchased a head board and bean bag with them with no problems but after this experience I would not buy from them again and I would not recommend them.

Review of chatgpt
chatgtp really sucks. 20 times a day feedback question, page crashes (internet is strong and perfect is not a mistake) slow reactions, very slow after 1 hour of work, much of the duration, images are useless, customer service dead no answer and they put everything on "check your internet" very weak of them to always blame the user and not to admit their shit, if you ask a normal question "sorry I can't help you with that" blah blah blah. Chatgtp is the most expensive crap ever. and their A.I was bought on TEMU that's how bad chatgtp is

Absolutely terrible app to use now, especially on mobile device - super frustrating. My poor 88 year old father who really enjoyed his morning 2 hour browsing of Stuff has just given up completely. It’s a very un-user friendly format. Such a shame, its getting more and more difficult to read, listen, watch what our current affairs are in NZ.

Despite paying for the Business level, I keep having to hire gurus. I've now spent over $1,500 and find I need to hire yet another guru just to add a little CSS code to a block, I never had any trouble doing that with my WP site, and I don't know code.I could easily have a whole site built for that. My site is not complicated. I don't sell anything. It's just informational with lots of pics.Plus, SS keeps changing the way it works. I started 9 months ago with 7.1, and now, after building quite a few pages, I no longer have the option to continue to build with the same type of photo collage, meaning, now I can no longer put photos in a collage on my blog pages. I can't even find any way to fix this. The feature is just gone. Customer service does not offer help. It's always "Go to 99Designs and hire someone."I'm so over SS, but now I am stuck.

A good magazine but their special offers are bogus. I was promised 12 weeks on print and online for 12 weeks followed by a year online online only, for (effectively) £1 a week. Plus a £20 gift voucher. But they've decided is was online only and no gift voucher. And boy, are they digging their heels in. It spoils the enjoyment of reading the magazine when you realise they're out to shaft you.
Review of Microsoft
First of all i would really like to thank Kevin Xavier for his support and patience in helping my problem. I was hacked by a group of hackers and several ip addresses were accessing into my account which the hackers were using to sign into my account. I followed his instructions, completed a virtual transaction to secure my account details and made my network and devices safe again. I am really happy that i am not compromised anymore and i can do whatever i want on my devices without worrying. Thanks to kevin for his support and service to fix my computer and the cell phone from the hackers. i am 64 year old widow so you can guess computers are not my cup of tea but he was so helpful in explaining to me all the details. With regardsRobert

Review of garmin
I've no idea what Garmin are like as a company, I only know them through their golf GPS watches. I had a Garmin S1, then the strap broke and because it was moulded to the watch I had to throw it away. I then bought a Garmin S2 two years ago and the watch now refuses to charge, even after being on charge all night. Another one in the bin.
Review of freshbooks
I find Freshbooks to be an excellent value. The software is easy to use, works seamlessly and produces very professional invoices. Payments and contracts are with customers are electronic and simple to process. It has many useful features to manage my small business.
Review of duolingo
I have used Duolingo heavily since 2016. Despite some minor drawbacks (e.g. not providing the gender for new nouns in French, German, etc), and losing the great question forum feature (where you'd often read context from proper language experts in the user community), I have enthusiastically used Duolingo daily for all these years and I have a family subscription. I used to love it. But the recent changes are awful. So awful that I am now cancelling my subscription and looking for good alternatives (they do exist!). The "learning pathway" is a horrible UI (so much scrolling...) and actively gets in the way of learning! There is much less choice about what to work on, and it's very hard to get an overview of each language's course. What's more, Duolingo seem completely unresponsive (even arrogantly dismissive) to the deluge of complaints about this enforced change. It's a pretty shameful way to treat customers, whether longstanding like me or not.
