It took Asus about 6 months to refund my broken screen. in this time they "Replaced the screen" with already smashed screens. Even when they refunded me they only gave a credit note for the distributor, so i had to go back to Scan UK to get them to refund it once they got their money back from the distributor. Turns out they didn't give the credit note to the correct distibutor and it took me even longer to get my money back. Scan UK were just as bad as ASUS IMO also. Do NOT buy from ASUS you are wasting your money. -5 stars AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked RC as a first time cruiser. Not happy at all! Booked w an agent. Long story short, my cruise itinerary was changed WITHOUT COMMUNICATION to my agent or myself, until I complained to my agent. I did not want to go to the islands on the new itinerary RC changed. My agent rebooked another itinerary for me and its costing us a lot more with hotel, flying ect. RC didn't want to give us a discount towards anything. My friend that had the same issue on Norwegian, was able to get FREE DRINKS & A FREE UPGRADE. RC sucks I will never travel with them or their other ships, Celebrity & Azamara. Try Norwegian or Virgin!!!! Oh, even with the insurance, I could not get any money back!

Scam!! I signed up for the Pro version. They automatically enrolled me into another program that charged my credit card. I received no notification. Since I didn't see it on my card they were unwilling to refund me. Rank Math does not work. Google Search Console, which controls your google results DOES NOT like this plugin. They are not what they claim to be. Their customer service will not help you. Developers don't know how to deal with this plugin. I got scammed by an additional service that I had no idea I signed up for. No emails, invoice, receipt. Nothing!The AI generated was never used. This may show that it was used but your AI for this plugin is useless and comes out very robotic. Not good for a human to read. As mentioned, I didn't see the charge until I went to cancel the plugin as it was destroying my site and made my site unsearchable. Nobody should be enrolled in another service when they clearly think they are signing up for one. That is called a scam.

Bought item online which took a week to deliver and took day off for 12 hour delivery window. Item arrived damaged. Arranged exchange, which would take another week, item was not picked up or redelivered. Called customer service and was told I had to call back and chase if not arrived by next day. Item did not arrive. Called back customer service line cut off, called back again and asked if they could take down my number in case cut off again, they had no facility to call customers. Explained about order again, they had lost record of item, no apology or explanation. Had to rearrange order exchange for another week. Still waiting.

I have huge problems accessing help for themes that I have purchased on theme forest. I can't log in (It tells me I have not purchased a theme, when I have the receipt in my inbox) and when I reach out for help I am told they can't help me with theme support because they are only a conduit.

Unlike platformslike Etsy, Shopify left me on my own to drive traffic and manage every aspect of marketing.Shopify is great for businesses that want control and customization, but for individual artisans or small creators, it can be a lot to manage. Artisans generally want to focus on making quality products, not spending hours on marketing, SEO, and paid ads just to get a few sales.I think Shopify should consider creating a marketplace specifically for handmade items and unique creations, similar to how Etsy was in its early days. Such a platform could provide the customization options of Shopify but also help sellers by bringing in a built-in audience interested in artisan goods. This way, creators could concentrate on their craft without feeling burdened by all the business logistics.If you’re a creator or artist looking for a marketplace with built-in visibility, be aware that Shopify might not offer the same support as Etsy used to. While Shopify gives you control, it demands a lot more in terms of time, effort, and money to get noticed. I hope Shopify considers this feedback and maybe develops a platform to truly support artisans in the future.

I was so excited to use it along with Perplexity's grounded responses to help me with my research and my tutoring work at the time. After my subscription began, Perplexity removed GPT-4 Turbo from the service while continuing to advertise its availability.When I politely requested a refund for the unused portion of my subscription, citing that the service no longer provided what was advertised, I was met with dismissive and hostile responses. My concerns were not only ignored but also ridiculed. The company directed me to a generic refund policy that doesn't address changes to advertised features. Key issues:1. Removal of advertised feature (GPT-4 Turbo) after subscription purchase2. Continued advertising of the removed feature3. Refusal to provide a refund or adequately address the concern4. Hostile and dismissive customer service responses5. Ridicule and mockery when requesting clarification or expressing dissatisfaction6. Spreading of misinformation about AI models to justify their actionsThe responses I received when seeking resolution were shockingly unprofessional. I was mocked for advocating for myself and met with aggressive dismissal of my valid concerns.
