Bought item online which took a week to deliver and took day off for 12 hour delivery window. Item arrived damaged. Arranged exchange, which would take another week, item was not picked up or redelivered. Called customer service and was told I had to call back and chase if not arrived by next day. Item did not arrive. Called back customer service line cut off, called back again and asked if they could take down my number in case cut off again, they had no facility to call customers. Explained about order again, they had lost record of item, no apology or explanation. Had to rearrange order exchange for another week. Still waiting.
