The worst customer support. The website crashed due to their system issue. One of the modules got an error and I was unable to uninstall or reinstall that which caused website crash.Support team is still not able to resolve this after 24 hours. In fact, no action has been taken yet on the ticket opened.Worst customer support you can get.And yes, I am a paid customer with multi-company plan.

AVOID!!I transferred my small business from WIX and what a bad idea that was!! I've been trying for a week now to have payments work. I was able to transfer my domain but you need STRIPE a third part company to receive payments. I have now tried over 20 times to confirm my identity so I decided to move back to WIX as 7 days of no sales is not acceptable. I'm having major issues getting intouch with them and their apparent 24/7 help. All lies, I wish I checked the reviews before moving!! This is such a shocking company - I came here after a youtuber recommended them never again!

Having access to older games, great prices, also have access to newer games. The thing I like the most is the library being able to attach my other game sites, to this one location so I can see what I have. I have Epic, Humble and Steam and it’s hard going between them to see what games I have and don’t have when games go on sale. I just go to GOG where they are all pulled together in alpha order so I can quickly. Without GOG I had ended up purchasing games I already had.

The ordering process is very quick and easy. Items come out looking even better than the photos. Only gripe is price of shipping. Coming from someone that shops with $0 shipping fees 99.99% of the time, it hurt to spend so much on shipping.

My Product:Model: Lenovo ThinkPad E560CPU: i5-6200uGPU: AMD R7 M370RAM: 16 GB DDR3SSD: PNY CS900 240 GBI want to write this post only to inform the Lenovo community and all the users that Lenovo designers and developers don't care about the reliability of their products. Yes, this is an important but completely legitimate statement. There are three reasons why I feel absolutely right to make this post:1. It is unacceptable that a product intended for professional use has such a bad bad management of dissipation; and on a notebook, the fan is a vital component of the dissipation system. In my specific case, using both the CPU and the GPU, temperatures rise quickly above the maximum allowed threshold (I'm talking about 100 and over degrees). Obviously the fan and the notebook in general are completely dust-free and I also changed the thermal paste but with no significant improvememnts, meaning the problem is simply the undersized dissipation system. But there's the fan at least. The fan makes a huge difference when the copper heatsink is small. The problem is that designers most probably don't know this, or maybe they don't perform tests properly on their products, or maybe they don't care, and this results in reaching the throttling temperature with the fan still stuck at half its maximum speed.2. I asked a question a long time ago on this community, asking for a feature to be added that would allow users to manage the fan speed on the BIOS, or at least an improvement to the automatic algorithm. Nobody answered me, no updates until now. Nothing.3. Maybe you're thinking that the fan is not that important after all, especially when the heatsink is inappropriate. Let me tell you what I did: I completely disassembled the laptop, disconnected the fan from the motherboard and located the 5V power pin and the ground one. I isolated them and passed them through the hole of the ethernet port towards the outside of the body. Then I cut and stripped the wires of a USB power cable and soldered the cables to those of the fan. In this way, when I connect the USB to any of the laptop's connectors, the fan runs at full speed instantly. Result? Not only the laptop, under stress, no longer reaches a throttle situation but remains at absolutely acceptable temperatures. Now it is no longer absurdly hot to the point of being even annoying to touch at any point, but barely warm. And this by using both the CPU and the GPU. This shows how important the management of the fan is in a laptop.I would also like to point out to the designers a couple of things:1. A slower CPU that doesn't throttle, IS NOT SLOWER than a faster one that does.2. Letting the CPU and the GPU temperatures rise to a critical point just by keeping the fan speed low due to the noise, on a notebook, not only exposes them to damages, but they make other components to warm up too, like the memories or the HDD/SSD, for example.I hope someone will read this message, I hope that users or people interested in a Lenovo product realize what they are going to buy and what kind of company they are relying on.Designing and producing a notebook that exposes its components to damage due to temperatures is not a compromise, it is A DAMN DEFECT, I hope you get it in your head.P.S. I tried to post this on the Lenofo official forum but the message was deleted after a few minutes. No explanation, no provate messages. Nothing. Thanks for your attention.

I use to purchase Lenovo devices by mean of Digital River that managed Sales in Italy. Well, thinking and be oriented to purchase a couple of notebook of the Thinkbook series I felt a sort of trick about the coupon offering. In fact, before the actual BLACKFRIDAY, I selected some thinkbook that I reviewed, and evaluated for the available configurations, for which was advised and allowed a discount higher than 10%; now, with BLACKFRIDAY, I expected some more cheaper offering instead I realize a lower discount : 9 %.What Is this ? A trick to gain Clients with untrust offering ? I felt this behavior as no ethic and change mind about Lenovo/Digital River losing trust about them.

I was approached by them about a TV/Radio etc survey. It was targeted at children so my daughter was promised to be rewarded after participating in the programme. We filled the survey in for a week. No vouchers have ever been sent. I then spoke to someone at Ipsos who promised they would sort it. Again, no sign of voucher. Avoid!

I wanted to thank Fatana at the Ulta Beauty Store in Elk Grove, CA. She has helped over these many years, when I have had questions regarding beauty product, or needed help with selecting the right color for foundation. She is both professional, knows her products, and is so courteous. She is an amazing employee! I know her General Manager, Valine, must be so proud of her outstanding skills and devotion to her customers. She is simply the best! Betty Navarrette
