Commande papier passer il y as presque 2 mois . Encaissement du chèque effectuer mais toujours rien reçu, après 1 mois de attente au téléphone il me disent qu'il y as une erreur sur bon de commande , sa peut arriver c'est ma faute il me disent que après rectification faite dans ce même appel qu'il envoi la commande je rappel aujourd'hui donc 3 semaine après à peut près et la au téléphone il me disent que le colis n'es pas parti car il sont en attente du paiement ( alors que le chèque a été encaissé 7 semaine auparavant) et comme preuve me demande le numéro du chèque, bref aucun suivi c'est des voleur et ne reconnaissent pas leurs tords et erreur et faut pas que j'espère un dédommagement pour la gêne occasionné surtout que la l'erreur vient d'eux. Ps erreur de départ sur le bon de commande mais sa les empêche pas d'encaisser le chèque mais aucun d'eux napperons pour dire au client qu'une erreur a été faite . Honteux pas professionnel du tous !!!

I ordered Burgundy colour in store, but the confirmation email stated black. The lady that did the order tried to cancel. She wasn’t successful. I know have to take it back to the store when it arrives. This in on top of the previous order for the burgundy placed on 18th October being cancelled ( on line) I have had an anthropology account for many years. I know feel I need to close it.
Review of X (Twitter)
I feel disappointed. On 21st March my twitter account (@vaczpeter) was fully hacked: hacker changed my email, password, name and profile pic in just 3 minutes then started posting their unrelated ads every day. When I realized it an hour later I immediately reported it to Twitter on their platform to ask for help and I also wrote a letter sending explanatory images. 10! days later I get an automated message to submit the exact same info I did the first time which I did again. Then I get another mail to rate the help I got. It’s been three weeks and Twitter hasn’t done anyting, not a single human contacted me. It’s hard to trust this company.

Hard to navigate. It's like jumping through hoops just to find a particular setting you're looking for. And what really p*sses me off is when Facebook changes their interface, the webpages that're supposed help you navigate Facebook never update with it.
