If there was a 0 star i would gave them 10 of it.. I am speechless from the customer service they have. I am so disappointed and will never get anything from LG just because of the service they provide..They don't care about their customers at all.

Megan was amazing!

Megan was amazing! She was very patient with our picky dog and made sure he was fed, that he got his medicine and his walks. She stayed at our house for 7 days and took care of the house and watered the plants. This was the first time leaving our dog with anyone but family and we will definitely have Meagan back to watch Rex!

Hate talking to their customer service, so I decided to stop using the platform altogether. Their reps like Jayson, Archana, and Muhammad act like obnoxious kids trying to be quirky instead of doing their job. Nothing professional about them. With that kind of "help," I'd rather take my money somewhere else.

Sooo confusing! They charge you an arm and a leg for what they call 'additional' contact blocks instead of just upgrading your account for a reasonable sum. Something has changed behind the scenes probably but unfairly squeezing cash out of your accounts is surely not the way to go for long term loyalty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Time to try Klaviyo

Terrible service

Terrible service! Our founder had a stroke and mistakenly took out policy after policy unintentionally as she just remembered it was the last thing needing doing. It wasn’t used or activated and they refused to refund the money that was taken monthly. I would not recommend at all! Heartless and poor customer services who did not even care about the reasons.

I have followed the details in your reply to the letter THER IS NO CANCELLATION OPTION ON MY ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT SETTINGS??? there is also no option to send my email details through your help centre.Can you send me screen shots of what I should be looking atI used the free option at first then had to upgrade to send larger files with the understanding I could cancel my subscription at any time. When attempting to cancel my subscription through my account there was no cancellation option I have tried to contact your support team numerous times to find my comments could not be sent, I can’t find an email address or contact number for we transfer and even contacted a customer service number from your website only to find it was a consultancy agency. Everything you state through your communications is false you have no visible avenue for customer to follow to cancel a subscription. I want my subscription cancelled or I will pursue this through the Ombudsman for Fare Trade and Advertising. Absolute disgrace

So much for the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. The IRS has reached an all-time low. Speaks volumes for the current state of government affairs. Matters are not being resolved in an acceptable timeframe, agents are ruder than ever, and taxpayer assistance is totally lacking.

Contrary to what some people might claim, I have made several purchases from Temu and have had absolutely no problems. Deliveries take a few days to arrive, but at least so far I have received everything I have ordered. The quality of the items I have bought are all of good quality for the very competitive prices.

Cheap and nasty.

Ordered a rug(2nd june) coming by land due to the weight. Delivered today (2nd July). Well i could pick the bag up with 1 hand. This rug is 6ft by 8ft so you would think it would be really heavy. What a cheap and nasty rug i have got better in my garden and it's not even a garden rug. Can't believe I have waited 4 weeks for such rubbish.

Terrible support

I was force-migrated to Squarespace for domain registration by Google Domains, and it's been abysmal since. Forget about getting any help, they always have "higher than normal chat volume" and route you to their "award winning service" via chatbot. Don't know what awards they may have won, but it was no help. The site is not intuitive either. I have been trying to pay my renewal. They won't help, just keep sending me emails saying my renewal is overdue, but no response to my emails asking how to pay. Avoid if you have any option!
