Honestly one of the best sites to get truthful reviews. Yes, there are incentives to actually review something but in no way do you have to be nice to get the incentive. Unlike things like Amazon where people will ask for 5 stars to get a gift card etc., G2 does not base any incentive on the rating you give, just that true users of a platform get to voice their opinions. And that's the other best part, you have to prove you are using whatever you are reviewing, so you know they are accurate.

Chegg false-flags my account constantly. The reps ask the usual: not using multiple tabs, no VPN, same device, etc. It can be a huge inconvenience at times, but most of the times the reps can assist. Hopefully this has been resolved, or will be resolved over time. There are also times where answers will not load, and requires refreshing the page a lot. Besides the above, the service does work ok.

Tripadvisor Plus is a nightmare. I pre-paid for hotel reservation 8 months in advance. When I went to confirm the week before they told me the hotel was fully booked and I had no room- after I had confirmed with them multiple times. Then they tried to charge me a penalty if I didn't cancel within the window- on a room I was being denied. Scammers.

In the past two weeks I have installed two HP printers for friends that had them as a gift at Christmas. I have been in the computer business since 1984 and must have installed over a thousand printers but without a doubt HP are now the worst. They have gone from the trusted company that I used for three decades to a company that ninety percent of reviews given are only one star. Now I now know why. The installation of both printers is "flaky" to say the least. Both printers were in two separate locations with two different internet providers and two different makes of router. Both regularly lost their Wi-Fi connection and have to be unplugged and reconnected to make them work again. If you send four or five separate print jobs to the printer you are one hundred percent guaranteed that at least two of them will not print. Then the ones that didn't print have to be deleted from the print manager dialogue before you can then get anything to print. Their customer service is just abysmal. I tried for 3 hours to speak to a human and failed miserably. Lots of bot's but sadly no humans. And finally their policy of remotely bricking your printer if you don't use their obscenely expensive and half empty ink cartridges is just not even legal. As many reviewers have already stated; I will never buy or recommend another HP product in my life.

The support was very patient with me knowing that I had issue with transaction being rejected midway in the discussion. Support was able to correct the issue and set things accordingly. I just need to wait 2-4 hours to make sure everything is well and finished.

Customer service is kind but do not buy a domain through these people. Held my domain hostage, created side domains and put them on auto-renewal, and delayed transfer through multiple requests. Their domains aren’t compatible with a lot of software I needed and they repeatedly delayed the transfer to a host I could actually use.
