paid for the premium model and it did not tell me that i only was able to use 50 messages. why am I paying 20 a month for 50 messages, it makes no sense. the ai model is good but when they upgraded to 4o i was so excited, but then it turns out it is worse than the model previously. bummer and not going to resubscribe.

1 hour and 4 agents could not figure out that I had been overcharged when I provided photographic proof. I was never reimbursed. All for correctly using a promo code that they reversed when charging me. Waste of a morning. Stupid corporate speak, no resolution. I was supposed to save money not waste time. Very angry.

You have to be logged in to their website/App to be able to read it, and it takes ages to move from one page to another. They are mis-selling by calling it an eBook as you can not read it anywhere, you must be connected to the Internet. Good luck with that when you want to read on the train, tube,...Cherry on the cake: I contacted their Help Desk asking to switch to paper copy, and offered to pay the difference in price. The answer was: "Computer says No", and wanted to have me troubleshoot the "issue" in 5 different steps, including "try Chrome".

The fake account sends nudes and asks for nudes and inappropriate content. He has even contacted girls under 15. Nothing has been done at all and this has been going on two years with nothing done. He lost his job due to this,Lost his fiancée. Lost his mental health. I’ve contacted police as well and so has he. What has to be done to stop this. Horrible

I've transferred many websites to SiteGround over the recent months and years because they are the best. Their SiteTools are great. staging and backups are simple and straightforward to use, and their Chat is great.

I've had a number of logitech products and been happy with them. I purchased a logitech mouse recently as the buttons are programmable with different actions. super cool feature right? Yeah, except now you need to create an account and login to gain access to this feature. This process and method disgusts me. I have paid for the product but I can't use the product without some extra steps. And for anyone wondering, this is an entirely unnecessary process. Previously I could just load the app and alter the button functions.
