1 hour and 4 agents could not figure out that I had been overcharged when I provided photographic proof. I was never reimbursed. All for correctly using a promo code that they reversed when charging me. Waste of a morning. Stupid corporate speak, no resolution. I was supposed to save money not waste time. Very angry.
