Worst customer service ever, people trying to help speak horrible English with poor microphones, incredibly rude and saying the same stuff over and over, not listening. Got my stuff at the end but it was all because I fixed the problem myself without the customer service helping anything. The website is also awful, if you want Amazon to work a bit, download the app but even then it’s insanely bad. Don’t buy stuff fromAmazon.

Two phone calls and a hour talking to 4 different people and I swear they are all brain dead people. I would fire them all if they worked for me. I will never book a room at a Holiday Inn again. We had a block of rooms reserved for a group and not one person could figure out how to take my reservation. No Stars are deserved.

Okay, so the GoPro products are pretty good if not a bit overpriced but my review relates to ordering directly from the GoPro web site hence the two stars.I recently decided to buy a remote for my new Hero 10. I happened to be using Google so I searched and found the one I wanted on the GoPro web site. I ordered the remote - £79.99 (as I said, all a bit overpriced but hey!) After I placed the order I realised I hadn't logged into my GoPro account and I had paid the full price instead of the discounted price of £55.99.No problem (so I thought) I would just ring GoPro in the morning, they would see my mistake and refund me the difference. NOT A CHANCE! I now have to wait until I have received the remote, send it back to GoPro and once they have received it I have to place a new order via my account and wait for the new remote to arrive! Madness! So I think I will send back the remote and not bother. I can live without it and use my phone app instead.Well done GoPro, another satisfied customer.

Do virtually nothing about the ridiculous levels of click fraud. Basically zero support and if you do actually work with an account manager then you will have another and start from scratch a few weeks later. This company only cares about itself and making more money. Should be broken up.

It's my belief that Meta/Facebook is now ran completely but AU (Artificial Unintelligence). It is impossible to get support. They believe their "technology" is superior and have no way to Un restrict an account once their AU has deemed it violated something, in my case, it violated itself because what I was doing was trying to share between my two business portfolios.

One star is too much!BigDev course is just a joke, full of broken links and misinformation. Made a complaint 3 months ago asking for my money back and they are still making me go in circles.This is a joke of a company, their customer service is just poor when you complain about anything. They make you believe that you are being attended to and they are just playing with you and your expectations.AVOID at all costs, not only the courses but the platform itself.

Absolutely ridiculous application!!! Not privacy at any level.The application resetting my privacy settings at all the time without my permission. After more than 10 years on the market and it still cheap/poor application. Strictly not recommend!
