GoPro Customer Service

Okay, so the GoPro products are pretty good if not a bit overpriced but my review relates to ordering directly from the GoPro web site hence the two stars.I recently decided to buy a remote for my new Hero 10. I happened to be using Google so I searched and found the one I wanted on the GoPro web site. I ordered the remote - £79.99 (as I said, all a bit overpriced but hey!) After I placed the order I realised I hadn't logged into my GoPro account and I had paid the full price instead of the discounted price of £55.99.No problem (so I thought) I would just ring GoPro in the morning, they would see my mistake and refund me the difference. NOT A CHANCE! I now have to wait until I have received the remote, send it back to GoPro and once they have received it I have to place a new order via my account and wait for the new remote to arrive! Madness! So I think I will send back the remote and not bother. I can live without it and use my phone app instead.Well done GoPro, another satisfied customer.
