I am asking FB to be more supportive of customers (like me) who purchase items listed on Marketplace but the seller never delivers the goods. Our payment is accepted, processed, information is sent to the buyer with confirmation, tracking, etc. but the products are never received. Complaints have been sent to FB but no responses, Copies of the order, confirmation and any messages between buyer and seller have been shared with FB but they show no support in assisting the buyer.

Hi,I've been suspended recently. Year on year, our software price increases by around £85. When I call up I have to re-negotiate and they then give some discount (why you can't just keep prices low).To make matters worse this year, they have then raised another invoice for the same product with an unknown adjustment, raising our cost by a further £18.02. An hour of our time is lost to this, given Sage are meant to be experts at accounting and invoicing, they can't even get their own invoices correct!I will be moving away from this product, far too expensive now given some aspects like emailing from the software will not work if you have multiple outlook profiles.

I sent this to their "Support" and after 4 days no response:My Grandson received a Redeem code for Just Dance 2023 when he tried to download to his PS4 it apparently is not compatible. Delta Air Lines Virgin Atlantic Fox News KTVU Fox 2 ABC7 News #travel #airlines #bad experience Note: (on my itinerary it shows Delta operated by SkyWest , France airline operated by Virgin)On 06/13/2022 was scheduled to travel from Mineta San Jose Int'l Airport - SJC to @lax to Heathrow Airport. Bought and paid ticket with Virgin airline who partnered with Delta airlines and also with france airline.When arrived at SJC Delta Airline counter person name Paul started to help. First he was unable to find our ticket, however after I showed him my itinerary and ticket number he was finally able to pull it up on computer. Next he asked that we show him PCR, to which I mentioned our final destination New Islamabad International Airport doesn’t require PCR. He insisted that we must provide PCR and finally agree to call Delta Global Help line to find out current policy. Which he finally agree that we don’t need PCR. Next he said, since our son is only 10 years old, so he should get PCR… why we asked? And he replied he is less than 12 and it says on our website that 12 years or less should have PCR even if they fully vaccinated….(which is not true at all)also he demanded we must provide printed Pass Track or he won’t give us boarding pass.( Pass Track is an app and all data is on the App which is shown to counter clerk before boarding). Finally manager Andreas Betancourt arrived with same arrogance that 12 years need PCR and this is final decision. Well after 1 and a half hour of back and forth calling with travel agent, giving reference to / and reference to Delta owns website he was convinced that we were correct all along and kid should be allowed to travel as we allow we’re fully Vaxed…. (Note: in between all this they have canceled or adjusted our tickets). Manager advised us to get new boarding pass in LAX from virgin Atlantic to continue with travel. Once arrived in LAX, Virgin Atlantic opened boarding desk at 9:30PM and called our names to come to the boarding desk. We were told by the representative that our ticket some how was cancelled and Virgin is overly booked but she is trying to get us on board. After 45 minutes of standing at booth, no one was able to give me any answer as what exactly is going on beside that our ticket was cancelled for some reason and flight is over booked and not enough seats available and the seats we are getting are scattered away… So I requested the manager on duty, (Fares ) that what’s going on? He screamed at once saying, don’t you dare asking me any question”. Caught by surprise, I said, so who should I address my concern to? He replied if you open your mouth once more I will Off Load you? I asked, what is my fault that you humiliating me like this? At that point the other girl came back and said, I am trying to get you on flight but I am unable to get your ticket connected to our boarding system and we are trying to fix this issue for last 45 minutes with Delta as they have control on your ticket and they had canceled it. I told her I can understand there can be issues for various reasons but who gave him right to yell at me, for which she said we are trying to help you so if you ask questions this is what you will get in response so stop asking questions….They brought all our luggage back and dumped it at all at gate and advised us to go back to Delta as there the flight was originated. So couldn’t carry all the baggage to Terminal A, I had my wife and 2 kids to stay with luggage and I had to come back taking a shuttle to Terminal A to talk to Delta. At Delta the representative after looking at ticket had only one thing to say repetitively…”I don’t know, it’s not delta fault I don’t know why your ticket is not showing”. Asked her if I can get some help to manage all this mess and get my stuff back to Delta area which she said not happening. In mean time shuttle closed, so my kids and wife stuck at terminal B, I am stranded at Terminal A, and no one here to help with this situation…. No one to take my complain as Why Delta Staff at SJC was no ignorant not to know how to read policy on their own websiteWhy Delta canceled my ticket and reissued with letting me knowWhy Manager at Virgin Atlantic had to yell and scream at me and why he abused his power being at airport under protection of @TSA and off load us knowing we can’t do nothing. If we yell back we at fault if we scream back we at fault and if we fight back we at fault …Why airport security couldn’t help me to get back to my family #me too …. I WANT JUSTICE

Hotmail,Why did you block me from my Hotmail account, just because I am traveling. You are too controlling. And your verification system is impossible. My alternate email wasn't good enough, and you sent a code there which wasn't good enough, then you want my name, Address, city, state, zip code, but none of this was good enough. And you asked for the email Addresses of the last people I emailed (as if I have perfect memory), and the exact subject heading for these emails (as if I have a perfect memory). Why did you even send me a code at the other email Address, when it served absolutely no purpose?
