A lost few hours of important recording and customer service does not exists at Zoom. Just basic tech ! Impossible in 2020. I will opt for real solution with real customer service.

I signed up for a free trial of their premium account. I was charged over $500 when I tried to cancel. They have no customer service. They can not be contacted by phone, email, snail mail, messenger or any other way. They operate an unethical and dishonest business. They are not willing to solve any issues. Stay away from this business!
