Review of printful
Always done great business with the Printful team. Have spent roughly $10.000 at printful over the last 1,5 years and always got quick feedback and a correct solution when running into issues. Sadly the last couple of months it changed drastically, no more response on emails, even after multiple reminders, they completely ignore every issue and don't respond at all. Sad to see this happen. Look elsewhere for your print on demand business.

Review of openai
I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus for two months, expecting reliable AI assistance for my project. Instead, I experienced constant errors, ignored instructions, and unnecessary modifications that broke working software instead of improving it.Despite multiple attempts to guide the AI with clear instructions, it repeatedly moved, removed, or altered essential components of my system—undoing progress rather than assisting. I was even told files were being processed in the background, but after eight days, nothing was delivered. After wasting two months with no usable results, I had no choice but to cancel. If OpenAI wants to keep paying customers, they need to focus on consistency, accuracy, and adherence to instructions—not just flashy updates. If you need an AI for serious projects, think twice before paying for this service.---Refund Request Email to OpenAI SupportSubject: Request for Refund – Two Months of Non-Deliverable ServiceDear OpenAI Support Team,I subscribed to ChatGPT Plus for two months, expecting a reliable AI assistant for my software development project. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory:The AI repeatedly ignored my instructions, making unnecessary changes that disrupted functional software. It claimed files were being generated, but after eight days, nothing was delivered.Instead of helping, it created delays and setbacks, ultimately wasting my time and money.Given that I received no usable output in two months, I am requesting a full refund for the past two months of service. If OpenAI values customer trust, I believe this is a reasonable request. Please let me know how to proceed with this refund. I look forward to your response.Best regards,Shawn Kennedy
Review of hotels
I booked a property with free cancellation and pay later condition - ie. I would not be charged until arrival to the property. The property charges me the full amount (plus a day’s worth of local tax added for some reason!). I cancelled immediately, and the refund that is being processed is less than the amount originally charged. Hotels.com are telling me to contact the property directly for any queries! How is this acceptable? Please do not book via Hotels.com (or Expedia for that matter), their customer service is appalling!

Never trust a company that makes it so hard to unsubscribe. Support never answers. My second year in trying to unsuccessfully candel my plan, and they are on my way to charge me another year for something I’m not using. Never trust a company that makes it that hard to unsubscribe

A disaster. I have been trying to rectify mistakes made regarding setting up a contract and was redirected 8 times between sales and so-called 'customer service', each time with wrong information, and each time with no progress on the last query. When I received a draft confirmation of the order, half the address was missing and name misspelt. Impossible to get the guy to correct this on the phone hence another goose chase to find some who can....no luck! truly awful.

Review of southwest
We have a southwest miles credit card and have had it more than 10 years. We went to use some miles (points) we accumulated for a hotel reservation... but wait, it wouldn’t let us use miles, so what’s the point of your credit card to accumulate miles if we can’t use the miles from it?Second gripe: i booked a hotel for my wife who is driving across two states with our baby and 2 children. I paid on credit card for sale day reservation. The transaction went though fine on the credit card and the money comes out of my account from booking.com.My wife gets there, baby in tow, and two young children at Hilton. I paid extra so they would be well taken care of. They show up, and are told they don’t have a reservation. Apparently booking.com (who has already taken my money) has not sent the reservation over to Hilton. This requires me to call booking.com customer service and wait on their automated line. I get to speak with someone finally, she is nice, but she can’t help. Instead she tells me that Hilton will refund my money (which by the way Hilton is trying to get us to reserve another room and pay for it again). Long story short I’m on the phone for over 40 min while my sweet wife waits. She ends up paying for another room. I get an email (which I requested) from booking.com stating that as soon as the hotel confirms that they are ok to cancel it, that the money will be refunded in 30 (yes, THIRTY) days!! What? The transaction is still pending on my card, just cancel it and it will fall off and never charge me. What kind of bank takes 30 days to give a refund when they mess up? Southwest uses booking.com for hotel reservations, this is a TERRIBLE PARTNERSHIP. Absolutely a horrible experience. Don’t expect to be able to use southwest points, don’t expect to get what you pay for, and please do expect to waste at least 1 hour on the phone resolving a cancelation. I’ll Never use booking.com again through any partnership and I’m disappointed in Southwest for this experience.

Received two pairs of pants today with security tags with ink on them attached to the bottom of the legs of my pants. Obviously you can't take them off on your own or you'll get ink all over the pants trying to take it off. Brilliant workers who ship the orders out. Also customer service I have a complaint with them as well on the phone talk to one person who is supposed to call me back one hour later after getting more information. They never called so I called and talked to someone different and they changed everything they were going to do about it. Will never shop with them again online for sure and possibly never again at the store as I never hardly go to brick and mortar stores.
Review of logitech
Shocking customer service. I spend over £500 on 2 Logitech products. One did not work at all and the other works but not as described.Trying to contact them to return an item is an absolute joke. There is no clear returns process whatsoever and finally when you do get a response it is days later and very unclearIf you like Logitech kit, buy from Amazon. It will arrive quicker and if you find like it, the returns process is 1st class
Review of eBay
I tried eBay for the first time. Yes I forgot about checking my emails for two weeks and in that time a buyer bidded on one of my items and got upset because I didn't answer him so he made a complaint. Then here it comes, I sold an item shipped it and then Ebay suspendened my account and will not give me my money that is owed me. They are holding it for 170 days incase the buyer files a dispute with his finacial insititution at which time he could get his money back and I am out the item and money. So this is a loophole for people to rip off people.

Review of Instagram
After having been off both platforms for a few years I decided to get back on them because I've just started a new business and need to promote it. Both accounts have been suspended claiming that I haven't followed their rules, but no explanation how. Instagram sent me a validation code and asked me to upload a selfie which I have now done FOUR times only to have the account suspended again within 10 minutes. As for Facebook I can't be bothered to launch an appeal. Too stressful.
