A disaster. I have been trying to rectify mistakes made regarding setting up a contract and was redirected 8 times between sales and so-called 'customer service', each time with wrong information, and each time with no progress on the last query. When I received a draft confirmation of the order, half the address was missing and name misspelt. Impossible to get the guy to correct this on the phone hence another goose chase to find some who can....no luck! truly awful.
