The problem with EA is their current CEO Andrew Wilson, an utter conman, BS artist and scumbag. Under Wilson EA has earned the reputation it deserves as a despicable company that has cut development has dodgy practices has no imagination, regurgitates the same titles year after year and is motivated by nothing else than cash grabs, microtransactions and greed.EA's persistence with Wilson is a costly mistake and the only solution is for the board and investors to sack Andrew Wilson immediately, with Wilson gone EA will slowly but surely restore some respect and dignity. Under Andrew Wilsons leadership EA has become a terrible greedy cash grabbing company riddled with so many problems and hated by all. Wilson is the head of the snake and its the head that has to go.

The absolutely worst company in terms of customer service.Randomly (after not playing any EA game for 4 months, my account is banned. Upon asking the dispute team twice they say its correct but don't tell me what has been done.As I haven't played a game in 4 months or so, I believe my account to be compromised.What good is telling me I'm banned and not allowing me to play the games I paid for if you're not explaining what happened and why...It's like someone internally is having a laugh just hitting a big red button that says 'blocked'.. honestly they're absolutely incompetent.

They have some kind of VIP programme where you can collect points over time. These points can be transferred into discount. However they make it near impossible to use this. First you have to transfer the points into a discount code that is only valid for a short time and then they keep on saying the code is not valid when I want to do a purchase. Result. Me not doing the purchase and the discount that I saved for expiring. I think I will go for the cheapo rip offs from Asia. Got one recently as present and they are the same quality, but for a quarter of the price. So who cares about a discount code. The current management of Lego is clearly out to destroy a legacy. Very sad.

In November 2023 my order was completely ruined because the ordered sets were all damaged. Holes, cuts, scratches and dents. It was terrible. At first they said I couldnt get a refund since the damage was so big, that Lego saw no value in it anymore. I had to beg to return the damaged products to get my money back. After a few calls they told me to give the sets back and I was banned for life to order online. Since the quality of their boxes and parcel delivery company could not guarantee decent boxes.This is unacceptable

Paying customer for years, Spotify started inserting ads into podcasts when they originally said no adverts for paying customers. Spotify claim they are pre-inserted by the podcast up-loader however, for podcast like Joe Rogan I'm of the understanding Spotify is the up-loader while the adverts are tailored to the country of the listener... I feel a lawsuit coming on!Very poor from Spotify, patiently waiting for the next audio provider to come along.

The ai app service forces you to pay for it. You dont get to try it. So I paid for it. And I tried it. it was deplorable. Cash grab company now. What a major flop. Super dissapointed. Here is the best part. I went to go cancel my subscription and they CHARGED ME MORE MONEY TO CANCEL EARLY!!!

Stay clear of this company, it was very difficult to cancel (and forget about getting your money back) a subscription. The product is disappointing, and when you try and cancel you go through 7 layers of hell. UPDATE: following my review the company agreed to refund me fully, so I have no more complaints. Users should carefully read the T&C to make sure their charges are refundable.

THIS COMPANY STEALS CONTENT FROM PUBLISHERS!!! I run an independent Apple-centric website. One of my highest ranking pages was completely plagiarized by these crooks. They stole the content verbatim. When I contacted them, they just posted that I wrote the article. That doesn't make it right. They stole my article, they're ranking higher with it, and it has affected my revenue. I NEVER CONSENTED TO HAVE MY ARTICLE STOLEN!If you're a publisher, make sure to check your top ranking articles to see if you have been usurped by these crooks.Google needs to rank these guys down big time. I have reported their plagiarism to Google. Simply search for "report plagiarism to Google" to find out how to do this. Let's take these black hat crooks down...

My 1st ride i was ripped off. First of all, there was 2 preauthorized debits, 2 different amounts. In the app, it says my trip was 31.9km when it was only 5.1km. I was suppose to receive a 75% discount for being a new rider but didn’t expect to have 2 payments of 2 different amount taken out

I signed up for a FREE trial for the professional plan. I signed up and CANCELED one hour within each other. I still got charged for the professional fee, AFTER I canceled the "FREE" trial. I talked to customer service and they said "you actually signed up for the plan, not the free trial"Well, I'm 100% sure I clicked on the free trial button. And when I canceled the membership, a survey popped up as to why I was canceling after the free trial. It's absolutely ridiculous! Won't be working with dropbox AGAIN. Google drive does it for free and more efficiently.
