In November 2023 my order was completely ruined because the ordered sets were all damaged. Holes, cuts, scratches and dents. It was terrible. At first they said I couldnt get a refund since the damage was so big, that Lego saw no value in it anymore. I had to beg to return the damaged products to get my money back. After a few calls they told me to give the sets back and I was banned for life to order online. Since the quality of their boxes and parcel delivery company could not guarantee decent boxes.This is unacceptable
