I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Sonic electric toothbrushes that I have purchased over the years and the subsequent customer service- or lack of it. Unfortunately, my experience with these toothbrushes has been consistently frustrating, marked by persistent failures and a lack of satisfactory customer support.From the initial purchase in 2016 to subsequent models bought as gifts and replacements, each Philips Sonicare toothbrush I have owned has encountered significant issues. What is particularly concerning is the recurring pattern where every toothbrush has failed around the two-year mark. These failures include motor malfunctions, loose top sections, reduced cleaning functionality, and a notable decline in power. It is disheartening to see such consistent problems across different models, indicating a larger underlying flaw in their design or quality control.Considering the reputation of Philips as a leading brand in oral care, I had expected their Sonicare toothbrushes to be reliable and long-lasting. However, the reality has been far from this expectation. The consistent failures I have experienced with each toothbrush undermine the brand's claims of excellence and durability.In an attempt to address these issues, I reached out to Philips seeking assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgement from the company. The absence of proper customer support only adds to the disappointment and raises questions about Philips' commitment to addressing customer concerns - as is clear looking at other reviews.Based on my experiences with the persistent faults and the inadequate customer support from Philips, I strongly advise against purchasing their Sonicare toothbrushes and indeed using Philips for any product purchases. The unreliability and consistent failures I have encountered, occurring predictably around the two-year mark, make these toothbrushes an unreliable choice for anyone seeking a dependable oral care product.

Buy a different product

We had a new boiler installed in January 2021 - with nest learning 3. A big mistake! We are on our second thermostat - the first one went into some loop and despite all our efforts wouldn’t reboot. So 3 months in the new one is also constantly flashing red - we have charged it - rebooted it - tried everything on the troubleshooting page. So sick of it - contacting my plumber and asking them to rip the whole thing out and I can get another system. It’s under warranty - not fit for purpose- a refund and a rethink on a different system is my preferred way forward. A totally useless system. Beware Byers get something else.

Be very careful when dealing with this company as they are quite good at convincing you to letting go of more and more money. If you decide to stop depositing money, they become more aggressive and make you feel confused! I lost over 95K to these brokers. After months of putting in a chargeback case with my bank was looking futile, I decided to look for help elsewhere. My order id OD608524791593857000 they cheated me and delivered damaged product and denied to replace the product, never buy on flipkart. Customer care number always out of coverage are. Even they never support to their customers. Flipkart can't be no. 1 ecommerce in india. Worst service i have ever seen. Great little show. Band was tight and he did all his big hits, twirls on his boots, and a nice set of Buck Owens covers. Only complaint was the sound, a bit too loud, and we were at an outdoor venue. But glad I went.
