Lyft customer service is very bad.Their first priorities are there drivers not customers and it is not safe anymore for specially pregnant women so please don’t trust on Lyft service they will charge you damage fees without asking you so I had experience and driver was so rude n as a pregnant woman I wasn’t safe with Lyft driver.
