Hella poor customer service! I bought my Christmas gifts in advance.Over 700$ spent in 2 shots on their website. They cancelled two pairs of shoes and Yet, i was still, charged for them. it's been over a MONTH of me texting them each weeks explaining how my bank statement show they took 100$ too much. They still argue that the payment will settle by itself. Yet I never saw that 100$ ever again. Im really really really disappointed.

I have never encountered a platform as frustrating, manipulative, and anti-user as Atlassian. I created a Bitbucket account, and without warning, it automatically enrolled me in some "free subscription". The catch? You can't cancel it. And since it's "active," you can't delete your account either. You're locked in, forever.Let me repeat:▶ You can’t delete your account because you have a free subscription.▶ You can’t cancel the free subscription.▶ They auto-renew it.▶ You’re stuck. Forever.This feels like a clear violation of GDPR and basic human decency. Every link to “delete your account” ends in a loop of useless support articles and redirects. There's no visible support email, no way to talk to a human unless you're paying, and no proper customer service for account deletion – something that should be a basic right.

Lock you out of the app when you get a phone and requests your life history yo get back in. Including a pic of you holding your id. Ridiculous!! Nope, I wont! Cant even check your bslance by calling the 866 number. Request an email instead of a text from a non working number you no longer have and they still request 2 selfies. Disgusting! Use a different device and venmo will still try abd verify that same non working number! Trash!

Long time user, app has gone to crap in the recent years. It's pretty much impossible to find new music anymore, as all the songs they suggest you are the same ones, not allowing the user to explore music from different artists that is less known.

I went to Grasshopper based on the write up at NerdWallet to open up a business checking account. My application was immediately denied with no explanation (but pointing me to their legal document, which outlines everything required, which I had). When I called to inquire they said they’d look into it and then sent me a request for photos of my driver’s license front and bank and a selfie of me holding my driver’s license. I sent it back through their docusign request within hours. Several days later I got a reminder that they were still waiting for information from me. I wrote back with the confirmation from docusign that I had already sent it. Given this incompetence regarding opening an account I looked further and found all of the reviews on the trouble that people have actually using the bank, and was grateful that my initial application was not approved and I chose to use another bank. When I asked them to stop my application and delete my information, they refused. There is no need for them to have my info and I echo the experience of others that this bank appears quite shady, and I’ve lost confidence in Nerd Wallet for recommending them and was disappointed that there was no way to comment or give feedback on the Nerd Wallet site directly.
