Crypto.com is a scam, they want you to put money into there company and they offer you all kinds of silly things that would not make you a dime and to make matters worse, they don’t even want you to close the account down after realizing you have lost almost everything you put in….. there crown jewel happens to be no customer service.. you can imagine the insult. You can’t even talk to a a live person.in conclusion they need to go back and check the vision they had when they started and see how deviated they are, and to those who want to waste there money… you can put your money on crypto.com and you sure will loose it

If you care about your brand and customer service DO NOT USE shopify! They don't have great customer service and do not care if you do. Shopify, first put my payment account on holds two pay periods in a row. 1st it was because of my banking information and 2nd they said that I am not allow to use their payment systems anymore and that they will be holding funds for 120 day. First of all, I dropship, I couldn't place orders until they released funds this cause charge backs. They say it was because of fraudulent orders, but it was because customers had to wait for their stuff. The same day that they said that the payouts were on hold, I guess they didn't like my sassy emails and shut down my store without warning or adequate explanation. IF there were fraudulent orders coming through why would you act like I was the fraudster (makes no sense) when a customer has to wait 5-7 days for their money to clear and then what ever shipping times allowed then yeah you are going to get charge backs. I just need them to refund my customers open orders. I smell a class action law suit!

Avoid at all costs - major scam

I recently signed up for Mercari because I found a toy I had been looking for that I was not able to locate in stores. That transaction went smoothly. I wish the rest of my attempts at purchases had been the same. After my initial purchase, Mercari emailed me a few coupons. I thought I’d give them a go and found a few different clothing items to purchase. I tried to purchase something 4 different times and had 3 of those sellers cancel my order for absolutely no reason. The fourth purchase I made took 3 weeks to arrive after the seller claimed the post office lost the package, despite the post office claiming they never received it. I had tried to cancel the order as Mercari claims you can after a certain amount of time has passed but I was never able to cancel it. And there was no way to contact customer service anywhere. When the package finally arrived I found that I was not sent the size I had ordered. When I tried to make a return claiming I was sent the wrong item, my claim was denied as “it doesn’t fall into acceptable returns options”, despite their site claiming you can file returns if you aren’t sent the right size. This company is a scam and I will no longer place any orders here.

There is no CS support at allthere have been a lot of hacks on discord recentlyhow does discord react? makes a policy to stop you getting your money back from scammers via PayPalwont talk to you about your banned and hacked account making them an accomplice in fraud.and when they do reply to your tickets you get their bot Clyde and then some name telling you to go to their website useless website, which dosn't help in these hacks, where the hackers are using link to hijack peoples discord accounts, but this goes much deeper it puts malware on to your device that bypass all the antivirus and malware protections and then the hackers get all the details to ALL your logged in aps from there, and when you try to recover your discord account, the hacker then violates the discord TOS but saying your under aged by saying something like "I'm only 11 years old blah blah" and it triggers their stupid auto system and gets your account banned, and then when you try to contact discord CS you just get left in a an autoreply loop and discord so NOTHING to stop the fraud or help you get your account back.

It shit. Every time I asked for it to do something it messes it up in the most stupidest ways I couldn't even imagine and every time I show ChatGPT Its wrong all it does is 'apologise' and just repeat the same mistake it said it wont do again and then it says ' I Understand Your Request Now' even if I just repeat what I stated the first time and then it still make the same mistakes or just make even stupider mistakes than the last one. What's the point of even 'apologising' and just re-write/repeat the same mistake over again.

Lack of communication about reduced free plan features and poor support experience

I have used this service for years with the free plan, to monitor the down times of small personal projects and the websites I develop. In May 2024 I notice that I no longer receive down notifications via their Telegram bot, as was the case until the previous month. I then read on their site that the notification functionality on Telegram has been made exclusive to paid plans. I open a live chat with support, I ask when this change was implemented and why I have not received any communication about it, other than an email in which I was notified of the change in username of their Telegram bot: I am told that the change dates back to around a year ago and that communication was sent via email. After having pointed out to him that what was said contrasts with what I reported, I ask, as compensation for the lack of communication, that the notification functionality via Telegram still be enabled while maintaining my free plan, or that I be offered a discount for one of the paid plans.I am offered a 30% coupon for an annual plan, which on the minimum plan would have made me spend around €126, €130 if paying with PayPal as the fee is recovered from the user. However, an expense that was too high for my needs to justify the upgrade. Disappointed by the experience I had with the support, I opt for an alternative service that allows me to keep the notifications on Telegram and the next day I delete the account on their site.

I went to Urgent Care and had to check in with a QR code. Next thing I know I am on Mediefyre’s website. Called the number to cancel and was disconnected each time. Used the chat feature to cancel, took screen printes and then cancelled my card. They had already charged my card which I had cancelled.

Long time user of Kayak... never again

I was a long time user of Kayak, frequently using the search engine to get all my airline tickets. Recently I searched a flight for my trip to Nairobi, Kenya, instead of being redirected to the airline website, I was sent to a third party booking agency named Chatdeal. Chatdeal did very little correspondence regarding the flight and only contacted me when they were offering travel insurance, which I purchased. Upon arriving at the airport, I was notified the airlines could not find my ticket. After searching my name etc. they found my name but it was listed as "restricted". According to the airlines the ticket was issued incorrectly by Chatdeal and I needed to contact them to get things fixed. After numerous conversations with Chatdeal "agents" I became very concerned this company was a scam. They said they would fix the mistake and would call me back once they contacted the airlines. After waiting at the airport with my bags for over 2 hours they were unable to do anything. I missed my initial flight and they said they would book me on a later flight and get the ticket exchanged. After numerous promises the company failed again. They consistently said they would call back once they issued the exchanged but never did. I always had to call them and their numerous "agents" to get any information. They them began to blame the holdup on the airlines, which I found to be nonsense. After waiting in the airport another 4 hours I missed the second flight they were supposed to put me on. I then demanded a refund considering the situation, which Chatdeal responded they would send the refund inquiry to the correct department. After not receiving any information from Chatdeal I continually called them to try and receive my refund information. I finally received a message they would not be giving me a refund because the ticket was issued correctly and the problem resided with the airlines. I have never experienced such awful customer service, or lack of accountability from a company in my life. For Kayak to be associated with scam companies like this is embarrassing. I am extremely dissatisfied with Kayak and Chatdeal and have filed complaints with numerous agencies regarding the conduct of both companies.

I bought my ticket from Expedia to travel round trip from Boston to Paris, France via Delta. Based on “DELTA’s” stated policy, I travelled from Boston to Paris with a carry-on and my traveling hand bag (15 kilos combined) in which I carried all of my clothes and belongings for my visit. Per Delta flight carry on policy there was no specific weight limit for carry-ons and personal items. However, my return flight from Paris to Boston was booked onto an Air France flight that charged 60 Euros for the same carry-on bags based on the 15 Kilos weight of the bags. The issue arose because Air France, (a Flight offered by Delta) only allowed 12 kilos. As a result, I was charged an additional 60 euros. I had no choice but to pay as my only alternative was to throw away my clothes and my belongings. I hope you will reimburse my 60 euros. I am sending to you images from my ticket and the receipt. I have a UK aol account but keep…

I have a UK aol account but keep getting 50 plus US spam emails per day. Most are from the same address but with some different numbers in the address. Blocking them make no difference and AOL no longer seam to have a proper complaints department email to report these issues to.
