In their SLA, they have 14 days for receiving, which is super long. However, they haven't even succeeded in doing that for us, but it gets much worse. They also transferred ALL our inventory of one SKU, which is now unavailable for fulfillment. After contacting support, they said, "We don't have an exact timeline for when this inventory will be available for sale once more, but the expectation would be about 14 days from the date of the first transfer." Now, the inventory has disappeared altogether. You might as well throw your products out the window and save yourself the frustration of dealing with Flexport and the Shopify Fulfillment Network.
