Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Was locked out of my computer for some security something called Bitlocker. Called, was transferred to 3 different numbers after waiting on hold 30 mins each time. The last time was on hold for an hour, finally a person came and I explained my issue. They told me they would transfer me to a technician, I said please hurry it’s 2am where I am and I need my computer for a meeting in the morning. Transfer to a robot who tells me to schedule a call back on line and hangs up. Then online it’s not possible to schedule a call for my products.Crap service and crap product. So if at all costs

It is great to use just to have all…

It is great to use just to have all activities in one place however the prices are quite expensive comparing to the actual direct websites it is almost 20% more to buy through GetYourGuide so in reality I do not see the price premium that much worth it

Now have to pay to get customer service. Won’t even help recover an account or update a phone number of a verified account without a premium service plan. What a joke.

Cannot recover a hacked account

Cannot recover a hacked account. No matter which advice you follow from Facebook, nothing works. Everything is on an endless loop, with no human help. Now stuck while who knows what does with the account. Utter dissapointment.
