Chess.com is a site for criminals, and I dont seem to find many fair opponents, they dont do much about cheating, they play with peoples minds, I played a bullet game and when my opponent had no time left, it started flashing and he had 8 seconds on the clock, and I lost for some weird reason .

I just purchased a subscription and went straight to Marketing instead of memories slideshow builder. When I signed in, it went straight to the marketing. Customer service is practically nonexistent, only can submit a request. There were many people experienced the same issue and Animoto should be fixing them. I need it urgently that's why I purchased a subscription.

Terrible Faulty Item Exchange Policy

Received a brand new kettle with an electrical fault so I completed a repair/exchange request as directed in the sales email. I then received another email saying to safely dispose of the kettle and that a new one would be sent out. 2 weeks later still no kettle, so I called customer services who said there is a different process for brand new items purchased from the Philips Online Store and that I now needed to return the kettle in its original box (already disposed of) for a refund. If I had purchased through Amazon I'd have had a refund or a replacement kettle by now. I won't purchase direct from Philips again.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM ON WEBSITE!!!

Was looking for a laptop with 4g or 5g sim or esim, found one on the website with 5g, bought it. THE WEBSITE CHANGES THE SPECS ON THE PC AFTER YOU CLICK BUY BEWARE!!!!!! ((((Confirmed the website does it on multiple models, it's never an upgraded spec either)))) Besides the bait and switch bs they tried, it was like pulling teeth to confirm the PC actually had 5g in it, the website was vague and left me thinking I had to purchase an add on or upgrade. The tech support couldn't get past the fact that both wifi and cell towers are 5G and i wasnt asking about wifi. They are ignorant of their own tech to the point that you call for answers and end up explaining technology to them. They are slow to answer dumb as a box of rocks and fast to blow you off not call back or give you bad answers. After 10 hours of calls super slow tech support chats and also waiting for calls back that never came I concluded asus was to stupid to answer basic questions and I couldn't trust the tech support because I caught them multiple times trying to give me lip service instead of answers. They canceled my order, no call nothing just canceled. Called em back was told its fixed just reorder. Did this twice. Called my bank made sure they didn't block the order and tried again. Also talked to asus they told me to order again. Once again I ordered, once again they canceled. I called tech support again and was told to reorder. This is the blow off thing again, they tell you anything to act like the problem is solved. But they didn't actually do anything. By the time this was done I might have yelled a few choice words, hung up called back and asked for a manager. It took that manager 3 days to call back and finally have a solution or it seemed. He told me to re place the order. I told him ok and acted cool ( they won't send you a customer service survey if you seem mad only if they think you will rate them high). Long story short. Their customer service is hands down the worst most useless pieces of garbage, their website pulls bait and switch schemes which I believe are actually illegal, their sales support team isn't capable of completing a basic sale. 20 days over 10 hours on the phone or chat and still can't get a basic transaction done. Another issue I want to highlight, they won't send you a survey about their tech support if they know you are unhappy. So they get to decide who gets to rate their terrible service. So if you run in to an issue that requires anything more then plug it in just expect you won't get a solution callback or a survey to convey your annoyance at their incompetence.
