Booked an apartment in Edinburgh for 4 nights, when arrived there we found the place was health hazard. We left the next day, but the accommodation with the support of booking.com failed to refund the £512 booking fee I had paid. We ended up paying another £550 to book another hotel.

ATT is crooked. They misplaced my phone and are now charging me a non return fee. I returned two phones at the same time. Got a text message for both saying "thank you for your return". 2 months later they decide to charge me a additional $733. Big corporation always taking from the people who made them that big.

I paid off a phone through their debt collector and jumping through hoops of customer service in order to just unlock the phone at&t has a terrible customer service. I will never use this service again and don't recommend anyone to.

The VA advertised that Adidas gives a 30% discount to vets. However, after you shop and select you find that anything worth buying is EXCLUDED! Only junk qualifies. It is blatantly unethical. Also they make it impossible to complain on their site. When I finally found email access to customer service, I composed the message but when I tried to send it I got a message that I should have signed in first so it was lost and my connection was terminated. When I finally navigated back to the site there was NO place I could sign in. Sleazy! False patriotism!

Having had a bad experience at the start of the year I had left a very bad review. I have since deleted as didn't want the brand that I love so much to still have such a negative review. They did refund me and eventually sort out the delivery issues that I had. I can't thank the manager enough with the help I finally did get. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of issues with shipping and covid are bound to have an impact on any deliveries. Ordered over several times since and no problems. Such a world with issues such as this are not so bad when you look at the bigger picture of covid. Stay safe and enjoy lego.

So, i discovered a SCAM at thomann... they advertise delivery within 1-3 or 2-3 days, depending on shipping method. So I pick 1-3... on wednesday. i did not get a shipping notification, so i ask on thursday if it was sent, and if it might be here on friday.... then i get an e-mail saying that can be the case if I pay 120 euros extra... (all i wanted was it being shipped on wednesday when I ordered, or thursday, so it would be quite on time, knowing UPS)but what do they do? when I ask that question, they put my order on hold, and don't ship it... so they ship it on friday, just to piss me off and keep my order away from me. So now it will definetely not be on time... seems they have a way of delaying orders on purpose just to be able to upsell 120 euros to just not delay it. The biggest nonsense scam I ever encountered anywhere. And I thought this was a good, and decent company. They lost lots of credits with me now. Oh, and ofcourse, as soon as i get the shipping notification, it says i have to wait 1-3 days... on top...my response to their response: it was delivered on monday. so if it was not delayed, and just shipped normally it would have been here on friday, without paying 120 extra. the fact that my order was held back to try to upsell me that bullshit amount for faster shipping is disgraceful! you should be very ashamed. So dont say you are sorry to hear about my experience, when in fact you mean that you are sorry you have been caught! I already told you guys on thursday that i didn't want to pay more, it was un-held only by friday, so you were just stalling, and you have pissed me of in the process. scam is the only word for it.

Are NT short staffed? I joined early this year and opted for the £15 gift card. Took over a month for part membership to arrive - no gift card or handbook or email. Emailed on a couple of occasions as I realise that phoning them is a 'no no' as they don't answer. Eventually I did receive a reply and was told to respond to that email in future, was promised that I would receive my gift card and handbook within 14 days which was on the 5 May. Replied on the 25 and still to receive a reply so sent a quick reminder today. Why do people make promises and not keep to them? It seems that I am not the only one who is disgruntled and I hate incompetence.
