After creating an account on Facebook, I was dismayed to find that it was blocked almost immediately. My attempt to share a link to a GoFundMe campaign seemed innocuous enough, but Facebook's stringent verification process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Without any clear explanation, my account was disabled, and I was left wondering what I had done wrong. To add insult to injury, the platform demanded that I submit a 3D scan of my face for verification—a request that felt like a violation of my privacy and personal space.The experience highlighted a troubling trend in Facebook's approach to user security and privacy. Terrible customer service! After 8 years of playing Simpsons Tapped Out I can no longer get into my game and my account has never changed. The‘re verification code process has glitches and rather than owing up to it they keep telling you to do things that wont work. I know its not me because the one call that I received they sent me a verification code to verify my identity and I got it but when I went into my game to do the same thing…. nothing. To add to that I’ve had to do the verification before in the past and it did work! My last conversation with them was to change my address on my EA account and then it will work but guess what…you can’t without putting in a verification code! It’s ridiculous! I would still love to get into my game but can’t get anyone to help me. I highly reconmend that you look at ratings befire you ever get invested in any game! I wish I would of.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Fc 25 got hacked spent 5 hours talking to numerous different bots on ea help for them to tell me I didn’t get hacked even though I had proof I lost everything. Disgusting company don’t give a crap about their customers what so ever. Only want peoples money I wish them nothing but the worst. Atrocious

Just returned from Disney to visit with my grandkids who I haven't seen in over two years due to Covid. Made beforehand reservations at one of their resorts, We requested on numerous times to be in same area as my son and his family but we're put on opposite ends of a very large resort. I will never return, customer no service was terrible, I was treated like a animal by check-in employees when request to see a manager.Disney allows way to many people into theme parks and prices are ridiculous. I could have went on a 7 day Europe trip all expenses paid for what I paid for 3 days at Disney. They also allow far too many people to be crammed into park watching their nightly fireworks, I fear there will be a tragedy like the stampede and deaths that happened in South Korea. Why is this allowed? There were a lot of great employees and my grandkids had a great time. But it's very sad what the Disney World experience has turned into.

I have been using booking.com for 3-4 years now, with mixed experience, but my last booking will be definitely the last for ever. We went for a trip with my pregnant wife, to find out that our paid and confirmed booking was cancelled by the platform, just a couple of hours earlier, without any notification to us. The app was still showing that we have an active booking, that is paid. Booking.com decided to stop working with the hotel, but not to notify us. We were left with no booking, wasted weekend, and no available rooms. The customer support was even worse that using the app.

They are unethical. We have been charged twice without any reasons, we ask the refund for the double charged and they refused. They told me that the second charge would be used in the next months payment. The monthly charge should be 33.67€, I've been charged 2 x 33.67 €...I should have a credit of 33.67...no I've a credit 21.32 € reducing everyday and they do not provide any clarification or assistance.,

I wish to inform all business's that are thinking of signing up with Tripadvisor, that you read and understand their policies. They are very strict about not removing any reviews from there website even if they are detrimental to your business. They won't even let me close my account to remove my listing. I can only say that my business is closed. All the reviews will remain online forever. As long as the reviewer seems to be within their so-called guidelines, they will let it be posted. Please look elsewhere for review company's. that allow some sort review management. I have over 36 reviews on Tripadvisor. Two of them are negative and over 5 years old. If you do I search for my business on Google, the most negative review always, I mean always shows up first in a search. No rotation of reviews whatsoever. Here is the canned response I received from the so=called support team:"We have completed our investigation into your concern and have also evaluated all other aspects of the review in question. The review complies with our submission guidelines.Tripadvisor does not remove reviews after a certain date. However, older reviews are weighted less when factored into our Popularity Index, which determines a property's ranking relative to other properties in the area. Therefore, as time goes on, past reviews will count less and less toward your rating and popularity. Since the review in question complies with our submission guidelines, it will remain published on Tripadvisor.I hope this helps someone when they are thinking of joining Tripadvisor.I would strongly recommend that you reconsider.This has been a horrible experience for me and a huge blow to my business.

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING H.P.I have been trying to have HP pick up my husband’s laptop since the middle of August. It doesn’t matter that it is under warranty or that it cost over £1800. As many other victims have stated, customer services are non-existent. They pretend a courier, D.P.D. will pick it up but D.P.D. always give you a tracking number and let you know where your order is. According to H.P. another lie coming, “D.P.D have tried to pick up the laptop 3 times already but there was no one home.” My husband lives in a care home so the door is always answered. I have finally managed to get on the list to speak to a supervisor but unsurprisingly they don’t get in touch, it wasn’t easy either as customer services have a habit of hanging up if they don’t have an answer. Beware of promises that offer a trade in for your old laptop. Buried in the small print it tells you that it is only certain ones.Despicable.
