No other word than horrendous.Force you to pay more money and upgrade just to access basic tools. No use for people who don't have a lot of tech knowledge and customer service actually managed to make my site worse rather than solving my issue!

Survey Monkey is not free. If you’re a struggling business trying to get your mojo going with market testing or product testing surveys try GooGle. Docs. It is free. It’s a bit more work and not as spit an polished as Survey Monkey but it is free. Survey Monky advertises a free version and after you spend a couple hours working on a survey and hit next it shows that you’re using premium features and there will be a subscription fee starting at 25 buckaroos. I tried to edit out things that could have be premium features but after numerous attempts I pasted and copied all the info to Google Docs and shut down Survey Monkey. It did seem like it could’ve been a terrific program but I felt deceived and that always just angers me. If they had been very clear in the beginning by prompting for non premium “free” features to create my survey they could’ve had me as a client for years. Mike in Seattle, budding business owner!!

I ordered 2 items to use together during Wayfair "Way Days". One item shipped right away, other was cancelled after 2 days. Stated cancelled due to no inventory when spoke to one representative (Odd website shows 9 units in stock), other rep stated cancelled cause manufacturer would not honor low price listed on Wayfair site (Then why was it listed that way all day). Refused delivery on first item as useless without other item. Now Wayfair wants to charge me a return fee for shipment to go back when I can't use it due to their cancelling other part of item. Just poor customer service, poor ability to keep inventory records and/or ability to manage website. Just a bad experience all around, not worth the headache when items very similar can be purchased online through another vendor at same prices.

I have been locked out of my website for 3 weeks plus now .. I have messaged shopify a few times .. been patient .. explaining all my issues but have got absolutely no where with them.I can’t believe how bad an experience this has been for me and my problems are only getting worse as my website is still open to customers just not to me .. shopify are holding my money too so it’s an absolute nightmare ..

Paypal is not good. There is no customer value. I was loyal customer for a long time but I just ran into an issue and I had to call Paypal to dispute an issue but Paypal doesn't really care about their customer because they are giving them false information. I didn't have a good experience and I didn't fell value as a customer. If that is the case then I wouldn't be using it anymore. I would rather use another service that value their customer. If you are going to use Paypal think carefully and do your research first. Don't fall for it like me.
