I tried to resolve an issue with a ticket purchase and they are still giving me the run around. They keep on saying it’s Groupon. Groupon says it’s EventBrite, even through the charge is from EventBrite. You can’t call because they don’t have any numbers listed. Tried of the run around.

Worst TV I ever purchased there is something wrong with speakers and it is only a few months past the 12 month warranty and Phillips doesn’t want any part of it. Great customer service Phillips. I have also noticed that they Don’t have many repair centres and to top it off they do not have 1 service Center in Qld that is disgraceful. I have noticed that you can’t even download any apps for Australia and again Phillips wants no part of rectifying this problem. So much for them being a smart tv huh nothing smart about it the only smart ones are Phillips for taking our money and not caring at all. Thanks again Phillips

My boyfriend ordered two birthday presents for me. They both supposed to be in one package. He received the package with only one present inside (even though it stands that both items were delivered successfully). He wrote an email (showing them photos) to service-otto.de - no response. We’re very disappointed with the customer service and the company!

Ekon were recommended on Nest website to use but they charged me £470 for a connecting a doorbell to my already wired connection and didn’t confirm charge until leaving which I was told to pay before Constantine left my property. I had requested a full camera installation but Constantine didn’t bring any stock and I had to pay for his time from arrival.The camera picks up all the street cats but not any visitors at the door. Waste of time.Total con and Nest wouldn’t help.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The most awful customer service with a manager that hung up on me. They refuse to pay for installation of my new thermostat despite agreeing that it was broken and needs new installation, and is still in warrantee. Terrible service. Never touch Google nest.

It was quite misleading and the pricing was in $US on an NZ website so it was 3x more as you can pay for Loomly. You can post to Instagram stories but not FB stories so functionality is not up to speed with most used platforms. It’s been a pretty average experience and once my year is up I’ll be swapping to an alternative social media scheduling tool.

Have had AAA for years and only had to use them once several years ago. Recently, needed them to tow our car - we have the premium account so have 200 miles of towing. Took a long time to get through to them. When the tow truck came the driver wouldn't tow the car, which was over 100 miles. Would only to it to the nearest service center about 20 minutes away. Will not be renewing our service with them.

Ordered a vending machine from Guangzhou Makmik Technology Co. Ltd which was riddled with problems, is leaking and is basically a $1400 piece of junk, no help from the company, no help from alibaba, cant even write a negative review to warn other buyers so writing it here, BE WARNED!! all they care about is getting your money, after that your on your own with their cheaply made product

I wouldn't trust the BBB anymore. It is obvious that they are paid money, by businesses, to get their A+ ratings. They don't care about us consumers. For example, trying to get them to deal with The Home Depot and long story short...they closed our case and we are STILL having issues with The Home Depot. How can we file a complaint against the BBB?
