Unfortunately I've had a similar experience to many people, wish I'd checked these reviews before buying .. Returned items (they don't provide a QR code to make this easy like other companies) Dec 9th along with an Amazon item. Received the refund from Amazon the same day. I'm currently still trying to get the refund processed by Uniqlo "they're looking into it" - have the tracking number from the Hermes pick up and everything. Avoid buying online with this company!!!

If you browse their website through the smartphone it's absolutely horrible and user unfriendly, a night mare to navigate! I managed not to see the option of typing in the code for welcome discount or enews letter discount of 10€ and after submitting the order of 95 € contacted customer service the same day and even hour to ask them to help me to apply it. Of course received a reply that there was no way to utilize this discount against my order and was suggested to spend another amount of 70 € within next 30 days.Not even an option to cancel the order and have it resubmitted using the code !Wow thanks impressive. Not! Feel like not buying from them again. Very poor customer service compared to Amazon

Their customer service is disrespectful and patronizing.As a professional, they are unwilling tomake amends when they over charge for leads and are wholly unwilling to refund you when they provide a lead that has already been completed when you get to it. Effectively meaning that they make money on the same lead twice.When questioned they fall back on their predatory terms and conditions and would rather lose a client than work with you. You are nothing to this company.

Took money from my account a week before Christmas for a subscription I never signed up too, they refuse to refund the amount on the basis that it was done through Google Pau and I need to contact Google Pay for a refund. Update: Google confirm Zoom have the ability to refund, but still refuse to do so. Scam alert

When it works it's ok. A bit ad heavy but no worse than other commercial channels. But the service is wildly uncertain unreliable. "Well this is embarrassing"... As it should be!! I've noticed it mostly when trying to watch F1 highlights so I suspect it's sheer volume of simultaneous users.

So far I had only good experience with GetYourGuide as platform for exciting events and exploration of new places. In case the organiser can't make it (this can happen as people can be sick) I had no problems to get the money of the ticket back.

Purchased a Vostro Desktop 3710, on setting it up, it kept showing blue screen no boot device recognized, sent it back for repair... repair team took over 10 days??? with 30 years of IT experience, i know it was a 5 minute job to replace SSD Drive and return. decided to call Dell (ended up with the usual "I'll connect you to someone who can help" after many hours repeating a simple "Don't Deliver, i want a refund", eventually i had to give in to the banal thinking of Dell, in that i have to wait for delivery (of an item i have repeatedly told them i don/t want?) before i can ring customer support for a refund, a refund which will involve no doubt the process of days to return, followed by a number of days for Tech team to verify desktop "IS OK", then another number of days to wait for transfer of my money (that Dell has made a nice profit from the interest in their account) into my bank.

Complete and utter garbage company and service that blocks connections without any reason. The verification tool is absolutely horrible, slow, imposes waiting times some times and on IP change you have to verify again... have fun to anyone working with multiple company VPNs...
