Purchased a Vostro Desktop 3710, on setting it up, it kept showing blue screen no boot device recognized, sent it back for repair... repair team took over 10 days??? with 30 years of IT experience, i know it was a 5 minute job to replace SSD Drive and return. decided to call Dell (ended up with the usual "I'll connect you to someone who can help" after many hours repeating a simple "Don't Deliver, i want a refund", eventually i had to give in to the banal thinking of Dell, in that i have to wait for delivery (of an item i have repeatedly told them i don/t want?) before i can ring customer support for a refund, a refund which will involve no doubt the process of days to return, followed by a number of days for Tech team to verify desktop "IS OK", then another number of days to wait for transfer of my money (that Dell has made a nice profit from the interest in their account) into my bank.
