Just received the new edition of Vietnam (july’23). I don’t know whether other new LP are the same layout now but what a mess.Hardly any history section, the highlights of the area are not very clear, accommodation and food is no longer at the end of the area’s section but placed along the city at the bottom across several pages or on the side so you need to flick several pages to find what you want.Why can’t it be in the same section?There are a lot more photos but the layout is messy, confusing, not properly thought of and all over the place.Too difficult to find quickly what you need.Don’t look in the contents page for accommodation or restaurant pages, it it not there. Just have to go to the specific city and start turning pages to find these.If it is the way forward for lonely planet, even though I have been a customer for many many years, I will have to switch to a different Guide because I absolutely hate what they have done.A total mess!( Have decided to send it back and awaiting the new edition of a competitor coming out in October)
Review of hotels
Iv used hotels.com a few times but after my last experience I won’t be booking with them again. I had an issue with a hotel booked through them, I was told it had closed down, after weeks of trying to resolve the issue with the hotel direct and get a refund I had no joy and hotels.com wasn’t at all bothered, they said it wasn’t their issue and there was nothing they could do. After getting trading standards involved, and questioning where my money had actually gone? I got the refund from hotels.com They are still advertising the hotel on their app
Review of fandango
Don’t bother buying movie tickets through Fandango. I purchased tickets with a gift card and the theater was unable to process them since screening was sold out. Contacted fandango for a refund but since I contacted after the movies start time they couldn’t give me a refund

If you write a review that explain The way amazon establish its price be sure your review will not be accepted on their site i explain that the price go up go down without reason except that the article i wanted was in my basket from few days the price grow up , i need to remove it, and restart and prepare a new basket few days after to get again a lower price some days after i just explain that in my review: result refuse because to say the truth is not authorized in amazon good review you're accepted , bad review , review they don't want to see you're not published that is the freedom according to this octopus that is amazon

u/Newegg_Support helped me greatly and with fast responses. I've heard bad stuff about Newegg support so I was slightly skeptical especially after trying to email their now inactive support email, but the user responded and helped me in a very timely manner.

I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it exists!) I do a lot of companies. This is the one that doesn’t trust. They always make up excuses like you don’t meet guidelines but never mentioned what guidelines then refused to paying. Don’t trust them for anything.

Like you tube and anything related to Google the stressful signing in procedures is just too much and I am seriously trying to move away from Google, You tube and Twitter. I have already dumped Facebook and PInterest over a year ago and changed email address. Its just a matter of time till I have dumped all these time wasting companies too.
