This company is such a joke. I've finally gotten back to being able to play my games, and to do so, you now need to download their new EA App. I just got it and have been trying to get in for the past four days, but I can't. To get into my account, EA needs to send me a verification code. They never have. My emails work fine, so I know the issue isn't from me. What's making this worse is that there is no way to contact this company personally. There's no phone number, there's no email, there's nothing. All there is is a pathetic form you can fill out to get a chat with an advisor. Every time I fill this form out and submit it, I get brought back to the main page and nothing happens. So essentially, I've paid for games that I cannot play because there's no way for me to get into my account. This is such a joke. It's such a rip off and it's so incredibly frustrating. I've just basically been cheated out of my money because of their poor customer service and technology. I'm digusted. And the worst is, I've looked on forums, and it seems others have been having the exact same issue. Some claim they've not been able to play their games for two years.

Good if you need to do some basic stuff without paying money but it is expensive for what it is if you try the pro plan. After your trial expires, nothing much left. Also I was not getting reminder mails to cancel my free trial so I forgot and got charged. Thankfully the support was very well and issued a full refund.

I've been with AT&T for 15+ years. Same line. Same phone number. I've traded in multiple times. Service has always been great prior. This time around the promotional deal pops up yet again. I begin to consider it with my Wife as we always purchase in pairs. Process was similar and went the same way. Spoke to a gentleman who I might not have understood, so he puts me on the phone with Ella his supervisor. Now I asked them to review from my last purchase. My installment plan was with AT&T, I received credit from my trade in to which would go towards my monthly installment and decided to purchased the remaining $ amount with a single payment for 2 phones. Which allowed my credited amount to zero out the installment amount, so that I would not have to raise my monthly bill anymore. Now she tells me she has no record of me paying the difference. Now tell me this. $1000 Iphone. with a trade in credit of $350 at the time, which went towards credit. In of course installments. Where did the other $650 of the Iphones retail price disappear to? This is extremely disappointing, as I looked to make this as easy as it's always been and now the " Supervisor " tells me to go somewhere else. This is not the service I would expect, this is humiliating, and now much more time consuming. As A LONG TERM customer this is not how you should be treated.

Why do people still use this criminal company? I ordered a pack of 6 LED defusers and when they arrived, it was clear the driver (in a car not the van) had opened the items to check contents, struggled to fit them back in and left approx 30cm of the 1m defusers protruding from the box. Because they had done this, all 6 meters of the strips were bent and damaged. I arranged a return and the only available option was UPS collection from my house, all day call. So I had to wait in all day for a £22 item to be delivered damaged and now had to wait in all day for the sane £22 damaged item to be collected. I tried to contact Amazon for an alternative, as the box was 1m long and around 1 inch square. I’ve took bigger boxes to drop off points. Not only did they refuse point blank, they just said it’s tough and hung up the chat. The next day UPS collected the item and gave me a receipt. After 8 days, I’m still unable to track return. Contacted Amazon, they first tell me it’s not been received yet, then tell me i cancelled the return in my account. When I explained it hasn’t been cancelled as it was collected, they simply say “that’s all I can help you with, so I’m ending the chat now” and simply hung up again. So I’ve lost £22. Imagine if this was a MacBook or a similar priced item. It’s so easy to lose over £1000. The collection driver can just look at the label, see it’s a Amazon return, not scan it into the system and now he as a free item that nobody will ever look into.The new “customer service” technique seems to be, you first get through to the generic Indian chat centre, if you’re straying from the general help criteria, you are then transferred to the “we’ll get rid of them department”, were you’re instantly told to go away and they’re ending the chat. I’m so glad I found this out with a low priced item and not a more expensive one. I’ve also recently found out, if you kick up a fuss trying to resolve it, they will not only close your account, but ALL accounts of anyone you’re associated with.

ESPN+. You might think that this is ESPN extra. NOPE. It is just part of ESPN. With hockey, games will be on ESPN or ESPN+ or ABC or one of a plethora of other channels. Having ESPN+ only gets you those games NOT the ones on the other channels even ESPN!! And they have this above the net view that they must think is really artsy. NOT!! It is a terrible view and they’ll stay with it for five minutes or so. The announcers are absolutely terrible. Play by play simply doesn’t exist. Both announcers are talking about their personal life’s and the great things they did in the past. Once every few minutes or so they might say the last name of a player who had or might get the puck and then it’s back to chit chat about themselves. And when they give you a stat it is invariably wrong and the announcers then scramble to come up with an excuse as to why they really should be right…. By the way, Leah Hextall’s voice is the closest thing to nails on a chalkboard I have ever heard… I just had to sit through the three announcers analyzing “The Wave” for five minutes AND NOT ONE WORD ABOUT THE GAME!!!!!!This is the worst subscription I have every had or even heard of!

These charges are without authorization, and they argue you consented on their annual Domestika Plus subscription program when purchasing a single not subscription course on their web page. Later they claim these subscriptions are not refundable without giving any reason. It is plain and simple fraud and theft.

After having a horrific stay at Grecotel Luxme White in April, I wrote a Tripadvisor review detailing my honest experience which involved misrepresentation, frozen food and mistreatment by staff. Tripadvisor removed my review without reasoning or justification as to why and I never received a notification. The support team is have failed in the matter of support in every definition of the word - condescending, lack of information and each time I am fobbed off with a new reason. Their unwillingness and avoidance to provide an actual reason as to why a review which is this important has been removed is VERY telling. This hotel has very few negative reviews...I'm starting to see why...
