I ordered two pieces. Both of them were photography on aluminum. Truly beautiful. One was 60 X 30 and the other 48 X 32. They charged me $438 for shipping. When box arrived it had a hole in it. Told the delivery person to wait - if damaged I wouldn't accept. Fortunately no damage. To my surprise I received an invoice for $161 for: $35 for taking box off truck and $126 for taking box inside my condo. Fine Arts refuses to reimburse me. I am contacting my attorney tomorrow.

I have had an EBay account for 20 years. I have 100% feedback over 4500+ feedbacks, yet I find this current system they force you to use( if you use EBay) , as a seller simply appalling. I have two items totaling over £1100, which have been either delivered or collected, but EBay won’t release my funds , because they deem both items as undelivered. ( Despite receiving feedback) The system is laborious, complex, and thoroughly frustrating. Geared towards EBay keeping our monies. I used to enjoy the the facilities Ebay offered. No more. Dreadful institution.

I love Southwest Airlines. I actually wouldn’t chose to voluntarily fly with any other company. I’ve flown with other companies and It made me hate flying. But Southwest doesn’t not try to squeeze money out of you. They have free choice seating, free snacks, roomy seating and They don’t hold you hostage in a plane once it lands! They really are consistent with their timing and schedules. I really love southwest. So much so I searched out a place to make this review ! They deserve it for changing my thoughts on flying .

I called to get assistance with booking a flight. Mary Brown with employee the number SC23 was amazing! I had called previously and spoke to an assistant who at no point offered me assistance. Keep up the good work Mary Brown.

I’m very disappointed with Notion’s refund policy. I accidentally added a member to my annual subscription and contacted support, but they refused a refund because I didn’t reach out within 3 days.What’s frustrating is their policy allows 30 days to request refunds for annual subscriptions, yet this doesn’t apply to accidental member additions. This inconsistency is unfair, especially for an honest mistake. I find their approach rigid and lacking understanding toward users. Greater flexibility could have avoided this poor experience.Additionally, they could have been more transparent at the time of renewal about the cost of using their AI features, which were free during the first year.Due to these issues, I will not be renewing my subscription after my current annual period ends.

I found it difficult not to actually speak to an agent directly. However, working with the agents finally worked out as I dealt with three different ones as for some reason I was cut-off being online with them and then had to begin the task of fixing the problem all over again.

Online returns are a total SCAM. I had to return a sweater, and initiated the return process online. I received instructions where, in STEP ONE, it says to "print the prepaid shipping label and packing slip." Except -- there is no prepaid shipping label. I reached out to countless customer service reps, who all told me something different. First, that the label would be sent to me within 72 hours, then another said they emailed it to me (they didn't), and lastly, that "Sadly, we do not currently provide free returns for orders outside of the UK." Then the rep included an address to the Netherlands where I had to send the return, which is nowhere to be found in the documents I received to process the return. You might expect this abysmal level of customer service from a random online shop, but it's ridiculous coming from a GLOBAL corporation. This will be my last order from Anthropologie. Avoid ordering online if you think there's even the slightest chance you'll have to return your items -- it's a complete waste of your time and money.

I can't access to my account because they need my personal ID number... I'm fed up of this things!Can someone tell me the reason of that? (good reason please). Anyone can get my personal ID, steal my credentials and get into my Linkedln account.There's no any option to guarantee that my account is secured and only me can get in... well, except by fingerprint but is possible that someone cut my finger but has less posibilites.
