I wish I could give them 0 stars

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their website is deceptive and their customer service agents have no idea what the company offers. They only allow 10 free survey responses (but claim to give 25). They threaten to delete your responses if more than 10 and force you to pay $300 for an annual membership to see the responses or the lowest they can offer is $49 for one month. They are not upfront about this and lie. It looks like you can pay $25 month to month even on their FAQs but this is not true. It is a horrible company that used to be a reliable and trustworthy site.

Review of hulu

Too many commericals and too long!

The Hulu app is the moat annoying app. You cannot watch more than five minutes of a show without 1:00-2:45 minute commercials, constant interuptions to the point where we just cannot tolerate watching any Hulu apps because of the over abundance of constant commercials. Cost to discontinue the commercials is ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this app.

The Bluehost agent was very helpful

The Bluehost agent was very helpful. She was extremely patient with this old guy who is hard of hearing, taking time to speak a little slower than usual and clearly pronounce her words. Very courteous. My only regret is I could only give her a 5 rating. It should be at least a 10!

Review of wayfair

Unpredictable quality that is inconsistent with reviews

I ordered the Yailynn Solid Wood Platform Bed from Red Barrel Studios based upon positive reviews on this and other Red Barrel Studios furniture items on Wayfair. I received a shipment from AFI Furnishings. I explained the problem to Wayfair and was told the problem is being forwarded "to the manufacturer". If I received a product from the wrong manufacturer, how is the manufacturer going to correct the problem? I am awaiting resolution.Additional comment - Please note that Red Barrel Studio is not a manufacturer. It is a catch-all that Wayfair uses so they can send you an item from multiple manufacturers. Therefore the reviews on quality may reflect a manufacturer that is no longer their supplier and the new supplier may have terrible quality control. This Red Barrel Studio item is currently being supplied by AFI Furnishings. I tried to purchase an AFI Furnishings item a month ago and received three damaged items in a row - then they refused to continue to correct their errors. I never would have purchased this item from Wayfair if I knew AFI Furnishings was the supplier. They are insisting that I return the item but pay for shipping myself. This is false advertising, and Wayfair is refusing to resolve the situation. I am sure Wayfair will find a way to bury this review so I will be posting it on Reddit and other sites.

Luxury brand!? What a joke

I ordered a Taycan via a lease company Zenith in October 2022. Originally I was told it would be 6 months and then finally 1 year when dealerConfirmed order (which I accepted). 3 weeks( !! ) before delivery I was told it would be delivered in March 2023. By which time i had sold my car in expectation of the delivery. No apology, no temporary car nothing. To add insult to Injury a few weeks ago after waiting for 16 months!!! I’m told the price had gone up. I thought it was some sort of joke and complained to zenith CEO Directly he said it was Porches fault and having spoken to the dealer principle (Cambridge)he said it was Porsche UK’s fault and then trying to complain to Porsche UK they said it was the dealers fault and having gone around this loop twice more my only option is to take the increase (even though the huge amount of convenience) or I could cancel the order. I was finally told car before the end of March and now got another email from zenith saying mid April!!! A luxury brand..what a joke. I would avoid Porsche (and zenith) at all costs but if you do really want a Porsche (like I did) I would be prepared for delays and missed promisesAbsolutely disgraceful customer service from start to finish

Hidden Gem Near Barmouth – Absolutely Perfect caravan and…

We stumbled across this caravan and camping site after our usual spot was fully booked—glad we did, because what a stunning surprise! From the website, we weren’t expecting much, but wow, were we wrong. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by beautiful flower displays, a modern and immaculate reception area, and the kind of peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Linda and her husband in reception couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable! The site is just a few minutes’ drive from Barmouth, or a lovely scenic 3-mile walk on a good path if you're up for it. It felt so safe for the kids, wonderfully quiet, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Playground was perfect for the kids, sea views, immaculate and modern showers and fob access made everything feel safe.So worth every penny—and honestly, probably more. We've already rebooked to come back in three weeks. Can’t wait!

Bordering on Fraud

Go pro charging me twice a year for one subscription. I tried to cancel but keep getting demands for money and threats i will lose my footge. Half price offered to renew but its always full price at checkout. Customer online interface crashes every time with 'contact admistrator' message. Utterly abysmal company i cannot express how bad they are. Once they have your money you can 'get lost'. I once had a technical fault and after an hour on hold their advice was "have you tried switching it on and off again" what a joke. They really hate their customers and only want your money.

Not worth it - harassment, lack of support, no profit

The pennies you’ll make reselling things on Depop are not worth the time and stress.In almost a year using the app I had all sorts of bad experiences, including being harassed three times in my inbox by a weirdo asking me for pictures of myself wearing a specific jacket. These happened a few months apart, showing they have no control over people who are banned returning to the app.But the last drop was a sale in which I sent the parcel with tracking number, the buyer wasn't home to receive the delivery and it sat at the post office for 2 weeks. I warned her she needed to pick it up otherwise it would be returned to me, and so it happened. She blamed me (?) and I reached out to Depop to mediate.I gave her a refund on the item but kept the shipping fee because, you know, I actually paid to have it shipped to her, and the post returns the parcel but doesn’t refund the fee.However, mindless Depop support keeps regurgitating the same standard “buyer-always-right” response saying I should give her a full refund. So basically, even though I did everything right I’m supposed to take a loss out of buyer negligence. In sum, they provide very little support to sellers while taking big cuts, including on shipping. It’s impossible to get eyes on your listing without boosting it, so be prepared to pay them twice as much as they advertise.Maybe you’ll have a better experience if you’re reselling luxury items, otherwise I wouldn’t bother.

WORST EXPERIENCE ON DEPOP

Depop is simply the worst. To begin my account was suspended without reason. After 2 days of waiting they claimed that an item that hadn’t been posted on my account for mounts (I had already sold it) was counterfeit and because of this I sent in close up photos and a receipt to guarantee authenticity. Even after doing all of this depop just denied the appeal. To make things worse a buyer raised a claim, depop emailed me to ship the item and provide shipping receipt. I did just that and they never responded to that email. This morning I was told that the buyer would receive a full refund out of my account even after I shipped the item and added prof of shipping! Now depop isn’t answering my messages and completely screwed me over. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE BOTS PLEASE DONT SELL ON DEPOP

Waste of time for several reasons

Waste of time for several reasons: 1 - was offered a $600 credit if I signed up - after going through the confusing and excruciating process to sign up - was informed i needed to spend $600 to get $600. That's illegal - switch and bait. No Terms and conditions at point of offer and not told about needing to spend that much to get that much until forced to sign up with credit card. 2 - My advert included offering data recovery and virus removal services - using pretty much that wording. Googles auto checker decided i was offering a third party product or service or something. No right of redress except in Europe. Could try to get it redressed through manual process3 - Absolutely no adverts servied as far as I could see despite paying an above basic rate to get adverts shown. This is with me advertising in a province wide area4 - Help. Ha!!! Auto chat bot that tried to ask me questions about how much money I spend with other advertisiers before getting me help. I have seen this before , where if you say none - they pretty much dump you. I lied nad said $1000 per month. Got processed further by auto bot. Tried to take details like phone number, other advertisers used etc. none of which are their business. Also when asked for my URL I gave the URL minus https ( as instructed) and it didn't recognise a top level NZ domain of *****.co.nz Needed to add www in front of it - which is not my URL. Finally got through to a person who then sent me to go to use an online form which sent me in circles which sent me to the chat bot that sent me to ..... Hours of wasted time, no benefit, banned for advertising a service people require and we have offered, in person, inNZ for decades. Complete waste of time - hellishly expensive - no help - no support.

Their billing practices are a borderline scam. Nearly impossible to get a refund, had to jump thru many unnecessary hoops (no refund button, had to EMAIL support, re-enter my customer info and cc info, upload a PDF receipt...and then they emailed me again, asking for the same info AGAIN!). Just refund my card on file, how hard is that guys?? Intentionally made difficult.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. On Monday 31st March 2025 I was shopping at the store in Tottenham court road, London, with my boyfriend. At approximately 6.30pm I was in the queue at the fitting room area and I approached a male employee at the counter and handed to him my shopping basket so that he could count the number of items I was going to try, as normally happen in any average fitting room. The employee (male with glasses) abruptly asked me to ‘take two steps back’ and told me to count the items myself in a very unexpectedly rude way. I did what I was told quite shocked by his attitude. Once I finished to count the items I was waiting for him to tell me what to do next, and he purposely ignored me for a long minute of two, pretending I was not in front of him. Eventually he lifted his head and looked at me and said: “ are you ok there, love?” with a sarcastic tone. I replied that I was waiting for instructions from him to tell me which fitting room I could go in. He replied very annoyed that there was no fitting room available, as If I should have just known it. At that point my boyfriend politely asked him to change his tone and that there was no need to be so rude to his customers. I felt so upset that I left the clothes that I was holding and told him that I was going to leave. Instead of trying to apologise, he said “ciao ciao” mocking me, as he probably realised I was italian from my accent. Obviously we left extremely disappointed and on hindsight I probably should have asked to speak to the store manager but at that stage I was too shocked to think straight.The whole situation was surreal, I have never been treated like this in a shop before and I still struggle to believe somebody can be so horrible to a stranger with no reason. His female colleague that was also in the fitting room area and witnessed the whole scene was visibly embarrassed. I would suggest a revision of this person performances as today they lost a client because of his behaviour.

New Scientist Infuriating Non-Delivery

I subscribed for New Scientist on 3rd November 2020. There was a warning that it could take up to 4 weeks to start supplies.After 6 weeks, on 15th December, with nothing received, I contacted customer services. 6 days later, I received a reply asking for further information - which was already on my original email.I immediately replied and, 8 days after that received a response trying to blame postal delays due to Covid - absolute nonsense, as all other expected mail, first and second class, has arrived in expected timescales. How come the up to 14 expected copies of New Scientist were singled out?To date, I have received a total of 2 copies 'on time' plus one back copy that was apparently ordered by customer services.No sign of any results from reporting 'missing copy' via the web site.I have again written to customer services (last time before I shall be writing legally to their company secretary) and will look out for a further response in around a week (48 hours - pah!). I have asked them either to sort it out finally and let me know what has been going so wrong of cancel and refund my subscription.... 3 weeks on ...Well, I did receive the expected response blaming Royal Mail.However, telepathy is alive and well - 2 hours after writing the above, the previous week's edition popped through the door (5/6 days later than expected), The following day, the then current edition arrived (when one would expect it). Thereafter, I have received the following 2 editions on the expected Friday or Saturday.How wonderful that the Royal Mail was suddenly able to overcome its Covid-related delays. We will see whether the good news continues.

Mostly Great – Just Pick Wisely!

Fiverr is hit or miss, but mostly good if you pick the right sellers. Got an amazing logo from a top-rated designer—clean, fast, and worth every penny. But also hired a 'SEO specialist' who just copied-pasted garbage. Support helped fix it, but took a few back-and-forths. Lesson learned: don’t cheap out, read reviews, and message sellers first.
