Waiting in and only getting a message that the driver couldn’t access the front door BS is rubbish , I watched one sat static for an hour then go around in circles no where near me ! Very bad service, you pay for the certification exam, then because of technical issues on their side you cannot launch it. You contact their support and no one engage to help you. It is being weeks of study and now I cannot get rid of it, need to continue studying until to not lose the knowledge until their poor service decides to get in touch. I though this was a serious and professional certification instituition.

My 20 year old Facebook account was hacked. I have been banned and everything is deleted. It’s my belief my personal details have now been used to attack my other accounts now too.Plus I now have no access to my 6 year old business page but I received a notification that some random person was made admin of my page. It’s terribly worrying what has been done.I’ve reached out on every possible way I can to seek help but it appears customer service is nonexistent.Friends and acquaintances made during my lifetime who I only stay in touch with via that platform have now been lost to me. I’m just really perplexed how there is no customer service and no way to appeal the error they made.Also wth is up with marketplace. My friend used her account to list some items to sell for me, scammer after scammer after scammer. How on earth are those ppl allowed accounts but you permanently ban me when I’ve had the account since the beginning. I really hope no one was caught by them because they are very convincing.
