I’m so tired of yall leaving my package in plain sight or you wait HOURS after you delivered it to say you delivered it. This is the 4th package yall left in plain sight and someone stole it. The mailbox is right there why not use it. I swear if I could help it I would avoid yall delivering anything I buy.

A truly great service. No "surprise" price increase for "this, or that", as can sometimes be the case with online services. We had a great number of designs to select from & were able to communicate directly with the winner to have minor changes made....all still at the same cost.

It was an incredibly frustrating experience I've never encountered before. My company (a US-based company) has an EIN and bank accounts in the US (including Paypal, Zelle, etc.). I signed up for a free trial of QuickBooks on behalf of the company. One of the company's clients paid an invoice using QuickBooks Payments, but QuickBooks required (after my client paid) a personal SSN to transfer the money to the company's account. I tried to explain that, as a foreigner, I don't have SSNs, but the support team seemed to need more understanding, and I was left disappointed after almost one hour on the phone. It was an awful experience - never again.

Recent changes, first to quotes and now to invoicing have both been less efficient and slower to use, constantly having to click click click and scoll to see the whole page with no added benefits. I've been using Xero for over seven years and was very satisfied with everything except customer support (a help line would be a vast improvement there as when a problem arises you need help quickly) Seeing all the negative remarks to the latest change and Xero's response to them just goes to show that Xero is not concerned with their clients or they realise how difficult it is to change programs.

They will show you in many different ways that you are entirely powerless over your money.Ridiculously long check holds being the worse. I have zero suspicious activity on my account for the whole time I've been with chase and every time I deposit a check its on hold for 10 days, every, single, time!Do yourself a favor and never bank with chase. I can assure you, something will pop up that infuriates you.

the do not tell you that you can a limit on how much of your work you can download. Then they start demanding you register with a monthly payment or they will delete it!!! they should be upfront and transparent. I would have saved all my stuff on an external HD instead. Its really a manipulative way of making money out of people
