Managing children's zip cards is extremely painful. The site varies from being just about usable with the poorest UX I have experienced to being completely unusable.In the last 8 months of having to top up zip cards, I can't recall a single time that it just worked. Normally the payment page doesn't work and I have to use different browsers on different devices until it finally allows me to make a payment. A lot of the time you can't even log in, when this happens I give it a couple of days and try again.Finding how to complain about it is also very difficult, I guess most people don't bother.

I might have tried a free trial and canceled, but I have been charged for Premium since March 2024. I noticed that I was charged a couple of days ago and ignited 'chat' to fix the issue. They refuse to refund, and the agents are super rude and won't let me speak to a manager. The chat members changed, and I was online for 2 hours with no resolution. They kept saying they were unable to offer a refund and that it was impossible. What company can't give a refund? NONE!Anyone buying into this app is making a horrible company rich.

Overcharged almost double what I was quoted at time of ordering the car. Submitted an online ticket to correct the situation. CSR acknowledged what I was originally quoted and said I was correctly charged despite that not being the case. I showed him the receipt. He said he can't help me. 13 e-mails back and forth and needed to do a credit card dispute.

Customer support is impossible to contact. DO NOT use this website if you want to provide a safety system for your company and your customers.

The internet can be a daunting place when trying to find a new program as so many choices are laid out like a crazy overstuffed buffet. Software Advice and Marty Moore really helped our company break down the kinds of things that were important to us through the questions he asked and helped narrow down that over-flowing buffet of choices from 25 choices to 4 that would best suit our needs. He also put together a great software selection tool to help us make sure we were getting the most out of the demos that we chose to do. The evaluation tool also helped us go through the pros and cons of each program and how to break down each programs pricing costs. That tool is what helped us ultimately pick the best program for our company. I don't think that we would have gotten this far in such a short time without the guidance of Software Advice. Thank you for helping clear the path for us.

I was approached over and over again by Mindbody. I couldn't find any reviews. I inferred that they would be reputable by the sheer size of them. Incorrect.I was told that I would be able to use it as a marketing tool for my classes and my retreats. I can't even list retreats on there. I also can't market myself on there 4 months after paying hundreds of pounds in subscription. They omit the crucial information that even the set up takes over 4-5 months - all the while you are paying for the privilege, putting in tens of hours a week just to be on the app -with no marketing.It is a management and payment mechanism - that is it. Something which I do not need, have never needed, will never need, and which I have stated over and over and over.Mis representation is a big deal. I have wasted so much time on this - almost 20 hours a week for over 5 months and I am paying for it. When I agree to specific terms, which are evidently the only reason for purchase, and those specific terms are not met, I am due a refund. Not according to Mindbody. UK contract law and Trading Standards disagree. Lawyers and Trading Standards will be in touch.Terrible customer service - fobbing off, incorrect information, stalling tactics.Just deal with the issue, learn from it and move on - stop pitching to sole traders who only require marketing! Ive never needed a management or payment system.

If 0 stars were an option, that is what Mercari would get. I bought a Tiffany bracelet off their site, supposed verified authentic. It broke within one week of wearing it. I took it to Tiffany to have it repaired. They told me it was a fake! Mercari would do nothing about it. I was out the $100 and don't even have the fake bracelet.

The service on Groupon was great! But unfortunately when I went to Monro, they no longer carry the oil I use for my car, and was not able to use the coupon for high mileage oil. Luckily the guy at Monro was nice enough to accommodate me and find the oil that will work and charge me the price of the Groupon. Groupon needs to make sure that the service they are providing works with the oil that available for the cars.
